As the US flounders badly due to all the crazy wars we are running all over the place and all our support of all the dictatorships on earth, the US list of allies grows shorter and shorter to near zero as most of our allies are engaged in economic warfare. Then there is Israel. It is the #1 recipient of US financial aid despite having one of the highest standards of living on earth for the dominant ethnic majority there. And if the US asks this nation to please curb illegal settlement building, the knives come out and our ‘ally’ attacks us on all fronts. Curiously [HAHAHA] this doesn’t make the US news stream whatsoever.
Readers of sites like Antiwar.com can read about this sort of news, of course. This is where I get this sort of news. The near-total news blackout of news that makes huge headlines in Israel is one of the darker stories in the US. We know that much of the top staff and certainly, the owners at the NYT and Washington Post have many social and economic connections with Israel and read Israeli news a great deal. They keep track of the finest details of what is going on there.
The vanishing of the news flowing from there to here is deliberate and malicious. Just like the refusal to investigate the AIPAC spy story, the refusal to show the thugs in Israel in their true shape and form is due to a desire to control US views of Israel and to hide the ugly truth. When I read the Peled story last night, I went roaming about, seeing how it was being carried by the major US media. Here is the long list of stories on Google’s search site:

This qualifies as a major story. This requires an army of reporters to swarm all over the corrupt, vicious Israeli right wing fascists, demanding answers. Instead, it is dead silence. Note also, the Antiwar site is two of the four places carrying this story. It is now on the net and will feed the rumor mill. It won’t vanish like these sorts of stories did for half a century. Just like the internet revived the USS Liberty sinking crime, all these actions remain in the public eye and increase in audience, over time. Before the internet, the vast majority of Americans had no clue about the USS Liberty attack by the IDF.

We have to assume, anything that appears in the Jerusalem Post is known by all the US Jewish elites. When we read this Peled letter, we see clearly that the elites in Israel are now so arrogant, they think they can openly plot to do what they have been doing for the last half a century: corrupt our government, twist our political priorities, spit in our eyes and destroy anyone who doesn’t cooperate with their fascist ethnic cleansing regime.
This is destroying the US. It is setting into motion, a system that is very deadly for Jews across the entire planet. Of all people on earth, the Jews should be frightened of religious/ethnic cleansing. Instead, they are the central impetus for this dark force:

In the 11-page letter, obtained by The Jerusalem Post from a minister on Monday, Peled recommends steps Israel can take to compensate for the shift in American policy, which he believes has become hostile to Israel.
“Obama’s ascendance represents a turning point in America’s approach to the region, especially to Israel,” he wrote in the letter. “The new administration believes that in order to fight terror, guarantee stability and withdraw from Iraq, a new diplomatic slant is needed involving drastic steps to pacify the Muslim world and the adoption of a more balanced approach to Israel, including intensive pressure to stop building in settlements, remove outposts and advance the formation of a Palestinian state.”
Peled added that faced with an American government with an activist agenda that does not mesh with Israel’s, traditional reactions are no longer relevant. He said he expected that Obama would eventually realize that appeasement and dialogue with countries that support terror would not have positive results….
Peled said that shifting military acquisition to America’s competition would make Israel less dependent on the US. For instance, he suggested buying planes from the France-based Airbus firm instead of the American Boeing.
In what may be his most controversial suggestion, Peled recommends intervening in American congressional races to weaken Obama and asking American Jewish donors not to contribute to Democratic congressional candidates. He predicted that this would result in Democratic candidates pressuring Obama to become more pro-Israel.
Peled called for the formation of a new body intended to influence American public opinion. The groups he suggests courting include Hispanic Americans and Labor unions in industries that benefit from Israeli military acquisitions
Behind the scenes, the Jewish political powers are very embarrassed by this story since Peled is actually talking openly about increasing the sorts of actions Israel already engages in. The need to discuss these threats and Israel’s sick relationship with the US, the need to discuss listing AIPAC as a lobby group for a hostile foreign power is overwhelming. The lack of such a debate is dangerous for the Jewish community here in the US.
For one of the chief charges anti-semites make against the Jewish community is the business of them secretly doing things in their host nations that undermine sovereignty and which gives Jews overseas advantages over the native populations in distant lands. That, and the secret conspiracy charges are at the basis of anti-semitism. So, what does the Jewish leadership do?
Exactly those things making these anti-semitic charges valid and correct! This is why a full debate about this very issue is life and death, literally, for the Jewish community in America and why the ownership of the media matters. Secretly hiding real news that Jews are discussing at full throttle in Israel is not a good policy. It is a terrible policy. When the average American does eventually hear this news, years later, the emotion is one of towering rage. Especially if this secretive Jewish leadership leads us into economic and political chaos.

“If what he’s doing is expressing the frustration that after being a good friend and ally, as Israel has been, he feels like Israel is being stepped on, then he’s right,” she said, adding that it was appropriate to make America aware of those feelings.
But she warned that such expressions could “take on a life of their own,” and that some of Peled’s policy prescriptions could be less than helpful for the Jewish state.
For instance, while Bryen said it made sense for Israel to diversify its military sales partners in any case, relationships with European and Russian companies and countries were likely to be subject to some of the same issues.
In addition, she noted, America might not be pleased.
The entire debate in Israel isn’t about how ridiculous it is for a bunch of invading ethnic cleansers mostly from Europe and America, using US finances to commit crimes against humanity. It is all about the utility of how to manipulate and use the US as a dupe nation and saying the right thing so the US continues to be duped. Ms. Bryen sees nothing immoral or wrong in Israel bleeding the US for finances while the US talks this week about cutting medical care, schooling, financial support for the poor, etc. No, the question for her is, how to do all the things in the Peled letter secretly.
Israel is the worst example of how a democracy should operate. They vote into being, policies that are painful and destructive for fellow citizens. Since Obama is demanding the ethnic cleansing Jews dismantle illegal settlements built on Palestinian lands, the Jews turn around and abuse the Palestinians even more:
The Israeli occupation authority forced on Tuesday a Palestinian citizen called Mohamed Ghosheh to demolish his home located in Souk Khan Al-Zeit in the Old City of occupied Jerusalem.
Palestinian local sources said that a large number of Israeli municipal civil servants escorted by Israeli policemen came to the area and threatened to fine Ghosheh around 25,000 dollars if he did not demolish his house himself.
The IOA claimed that the house was unlicensed and built illegally in the area.
The Hebrew radio said that the Israeli police arrested two people from Jerusalem who tried to prevent the demolition.
Not all Jews are creeps. The brave minority of Jews who try desperately to stop this garbage, must be commended. They are quite heroic and the fact that they can’t make the news is sad, very sad.
In a related context, minister of housing and public works Dr. Mahmoud Al-Mansi on Monday warned that Israel still pursues its racist practices that are aimed to expel the Palestinians from Jerusalem through its judaization schemes and discriminatory laws.
In a press release received by the PIC, Dr. Mansi added that Israel invents different ways to expel the Palestinians from Jerusalem and continues to set plans aimed to separate the holy city from its Palestinian surrounding and change its demographic reality.
Only Jews get building permits. Peled and his fellow creeps all scream about how they have no room and their families can’t ‘grow’ without illegal settlements. Then turn around and forbid any Muslims from keeping even existing homes. This is typical of the frightful ethnic cleansing going on in Jerusalem, one of the most misnamed cities in history [being a war city, not a city of peace].
The NYT has this itch to always publish stories about how wonderful it is to live in Israel. Stories like this one never get published. The dark side of constant harassment of the natives of Jerusalem never ever makes the news here. The arrogance of the Jewish population, drunk on the addictive wines of ethnic privileges, openly spit upon, throw things at and snarl and snap in true Nazi fashion on all other ethnic/religious people in that bedeviled city.
The idea never occurs to the Jews doing this that people will eventually remember all this and begin doing this to Jews when these victims of Jewish ill temper leave Jerusalem. Blaming everyone for hating them while simultaneously showing arrogance and hatred to anyone interacting with the Jews in Jerusalem is one of the many threads of hatred that are being woven into this tapestry of destruction.
There definitely are Jews who are against ethnic cleansing. I admire them and hope they can stop this madness. Many times, the organization Brit Tzedek v’Shalom is mentioned as one of these brave groups that will put themselves into danger to stop this neo-Naziism that is destroying Judaism:

Why is this? I suspect, any Jewish person who does do this, quickly finds out, they are ostracized by friends and even family. They are declared dead. I know how that feels, this was done to me for the same exact reasons. One has to have a heart that is hard as steel and a soul that is utterly dedicated to stopping the Apocalypse, to endure this sort of family/friend losses. I can’t blame the Brit Tzedek people for not sacrificing themselves in this fashion. My heart goes out to them.
‘U.S. won’t yield on demand for settlement freeze’ – Haaretz – Israel News
The United States envoy to the Middle East, George Mitchell, reiterated on Tuesday that the Obama administration is adamantly insisting on a freeze of construction in all Israeli settlements in the West Bank.
Mitchell said that opposition to Israel’s settlement policy has been Washington’s position for the last 40 years, and that the administration had no intention of backing down on the demand for a total freeze.
In their meeting on Tuesday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told Mitchell: “Israel is acting to advance peace and security with the Palestinians and with the Arab world.”
Netanyahu is obviously a two-faced bastard. He will mouth the right words and then go home and plot secret ways to do the exact opposite. Note that this story is also an Israeli news story, it won’t make a peep in the US. By the way, Israel if far from being the only country or the Jews, the only ethnic group who is behaving this way. It happens all over the earth. The key difference with Israel is, the Jews have tremendous influence in Europe and America and thus, their endorsement of ethnic cleansing is particularly noxious.

Alberto Pizango is accused of sedition, conspiracy and rebellion, after clashes in the north of the country with the army that left more than 30 dead.
A curfew has now been imposed in the area, after what Mr Pizango called “the slaughter of our people”.
The protests arose over plans for gas and oil exploration.
Indigenous people object to government plans to open up what they consider their ancestral lands.
Prime Minister Yehude Simon announced during an address to members of Congress that Mr Pizango had sought refuge in the Nicaraguan embassy….
As well as the 30 protesters, 24 police officers are reported to have been killed in the worst clashes for at least a decade.
OK: for several years, we were the target of endless propaganda about Darfur. Until the Jews decided to pummel the unarmed Palestinians, the Jewish owned media carried endless articles about how the Muslims in Sudan were terrorizing unarmed civilians in refugee camps. Obviously, since Israel does this with impunity, howling about Darfur while doing this was not a smart propaganda campaign so the US media suddenly dropped the Darfur story for the time being.
This is probably why the NYT isn’t carrying any stories about this latest battle in the Andes.

The hotel blowing up made a lot of news. This is the usual ‘If Muslims blow up things, it makes the news, if Jews blow up things, it doesn’t make the news’ matrix. It is hyper-important to put into everyone’s heads, the notion that Muslims blow up things but not others like the US. This is causing major insanity here in the US because we are being subjected to this sort of propaganda in such a way that we can’t tell the real from the unreal.
People trying to resist this flood of manipulated news are just as much in pain from this when they try to counteract this as the people who unwittingly suck down the propaganda. This flood of propaganda/anti-propaganda is IDENTICAL to the same such flood of capitalist/communist tugs of war in the past. People had a very hard time, resisting both forces in this yanking back and forth from opposite sides.
Keeping one’s head in this sort of business is extremely difficult. And if one covers the news on both sides, one gets hammered to death by either side, both ends of the spectrum. This is because the more force someone puts into these bipolar systems, the more radicalized both ends of the spectrum become. This usually is the method used to drive countries into wars.
During the Great Depression, the communists and the fascists first began fighting in the streets. As one or the other took over more and more countries, the fighting expanded until the entire planet was sucked into WWII and it’s extreme civilian killing sprees by all sides. The waves of ethnic cleansing that swept the planet, the waves of ideological battles ceased to be intellectual and became a force of major murder as all sides sought to win the debate via murder, mayhem and mass graves of anyone and everyone who stood in the path of the death machines which were both right and left wing.
This radicalization process is the natural outcome of mass propaganda systems set into motion by powerful people seeking to control world events. And always, they lose control as these things spiral into major wars. And the US just announced the stupid PAYGO business at the exact same time we are expanding all our wars and killing more Muslims and going nuts in Jerusalem. And all of this will just lead to more and more killing since this is how all propaganda systems go to extremes.
The reason they go to extremes is very simple: it is a dynamic like any dynamic. If we chart ‘radicalism’ and ‘pushing for hysteria’ on a propaganda graph, these always end up doing the ‘hockey stick’ thing: going to the moon. Getting worse and worse, not better and better over time. Propaganda will do its nasty business until there are mass murders and everything comes thundering down. I don’t fear a housing bubble. I certainly fear a propaganda bubble.

Don’t be ridiculous, there is no such thing as an Israeli control of the media. There is however far too much partisanship and biased reporting from both sides of this problem. Oh and one more thing, some of the top international law experts in the world have said that Israel’s settlements are not illegal. Israel needs some settlements in the West Bank purely for defence. Without them Israel would be easily cut in two by any attack. Of course I am not advocating a complete colonisation of the West Bank, just the rule of a few tiny but key (for Israel) bits.

As for the West Bank invasions being ‘defensive’: Hitler and Hirohito both said clearly, all their invasions were defensive. The US invades very distant lands, claiming defense. This is illegal and wrong and all parties doing this should be hauled before a Nuremberg Trial for war crimes.

“Antisemitism” is BS. Is was invented to fudge the question of specific Jewish misdemeanour (to put it mildly). The Jews were accused of specific crimes against the state, specifically condemned by the existing laws, bad or good as they were (usury, manipulation of the stock market and currency, collusion with the enemy in times of war, blasphemy against the majority religion, religious murders).
