ΩΩLike an amazing stage prop, the flood of secret cables within our State Department is now drowning our government in really nasty odorous mud.  The various actors within both the State Department and the CIA (OFTEN ONE AND THE SAME!) send interesting messages to the home base in DC which are supposed to either give out tips, hand out orders or plot various actions including the all-most important ones, namely, how to overthrow governments especially elected governments.  Most of us get to only see the end results of all this nefarious chatter.  But occasionally we get to see the real thing, raw.  This is one of the occasions, a most rare event and one that really astonishes me…. and confirms many things I know from life experience.

ΩΩThe Wikileaks people are, of course, now in greatest danger.  Not only is our empire very angry with them, many countries are equally angry for much of the conversations within these cables are leaders, MOST OFTEN DICTATORS or absolute rulers, plotting one thing in private with the US while in public pretending to be otherwise.  A classic example I know first hand due to connections within the Saudi system (one of the most vicious dictatorships on earth which is as paranoid and controlling as the North Koreans!) that the Saudis had to pretend to be pro-Palestine whereas they cynically sold these people to the Israelis in order to gain a greater grip on the US military and our domestic system in DC.

ΩΩIt is nice to see this in print, of course.  Much of my long life, people snort in disbelief whenever I explain the real reality.  Instead, people love fantasies either those made up by our lying governments or those which are immensely popular though often ridiculously illogical or childish in the ‘conspiracy’ community.  A cold hearted look at the real reality shows us that leaders don’t really lead, they conspire.  Within or without, they make various deals, take up various options and opportunities and often simply sell their own populations to the highest bidders or hand out bribes to buy secret support of things that harm other nations.  The US is huge in this business while at the exact same time, allows, nay, encourages our top Americans in control of our nation to cynically sell off all of our systems for a personal profit which is why ex-politicians especially Presidents who play along in this game (NOT JIMMY CARTER!) end up as multi-millionaires.

ΩΩThe ‘damage’ these revealing cables will do is probably  not going to be as great as our State Department fears.  Except for a few key areas which I will explain further down.  That is, all world leaders tend to be cynics, this is a major tool for anyone seeking to climb the Ladder To Power.  Only spoiled brats like Bush Jr. would act as if the encounters he stumbled into were personal and the ‘friends’ were real.  The US is a tool to be used and our elites view the US as a tool, too.  This is their major relationship with American power; it is a thing for their own desires, not a system to be used to protect the American people or make our nation more functional.

ΩΩOne thing seems clear to me: our State Department heads and staff have been hard at work for Israel, not the US, and has devoted all too much time to protecting and promoting Israel’s interests while nearly totally ignoring anything important to the US and the #1 thing of importance for us collectively is our trade deficit.  I bet we could riff through 40 years of cables and find virtually nothing that would have helped us avoid this massive $5 trillion loss.  While going into hysterics over Iran possibly getting a nuclear bomb, there is no interest in getting us out of this deep trade loss hole.

ΩΩThis news (I haven’t dug up the exact cable yet but will later) we learn that the US violated ancient and recent international protocols protecting the privacy of all foreign diplomats stationed in various countries.  This most emphatically includes the UN which is based in the US but with the strong proviso that the US not spy on the UN.  So the UN sits on grounds that is off-limits to US secret meddling.  And if caught doing this, there are SEVERE repercussions which the US will typically fix by giving more ‘money’ to the UN after pretending this was all a mistake:  US diplomats spied on UN leadership |The Guardian

• A classified directive which appears to blur the line between diplomacy and spying was issued to US diplomats under Hillary Clinton’s name in July 2009, demanding forensic technical details about the communications systems used by top UN officials, including passwords and personal encryption keys used in private and commercial networks for official communications..

ΩΩI am not joking when I say, the US is the New Soviet Union.  Many people don’t realize how sacred diplomatic privacy is.  For example, diplomats and spies can carry ‘diplomatic purses’ which can be ANY SIZE.  This includes the size of an entire ship.  I have in my living room a chest from China which came past customs without inspection since my parents shipped it under a diplomatic purse classification!  Nonetheless, the rules are very straightforwards: you don’t mess with diplomatic immunity with impunity.  If caught, you are in deep trouble.

• It called for detailed biometric information “on key UN officials, to include undersecretaries, heads of specialised agencies and their chief advisers, top SYG [secretary general] aides, heads of peace operations and political field missions, including force commanders” as well as intelligence on Ban’s “management and decision-making style and his influence on the secretariat”. A parallel intelligence directive sent to diplomats in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi said biometric data included DNA, fingerprints and iris scans.

• Washington also wanted credit card numbers, email addresses, phone, fax and pager numbers and even frequent-flyer account numbers for UN figures and “biographic and biometric information on UN Security Council permanent representatives”.

ΩΩWhat she didn’t say was, SHE would be the trigger for WWIII.  In actuality, her sole function in life at this point (her Angel of Death role, I might suggest) is to talk war, war, war, war, war all the time.  As the cables show, she also talks about spying on everyone (and why didn’t she spy on her husband????) and how collecting all of this CIA-type junk will then be used for what purpose?  Ah!  That is the rub!

ΩΩWas it to bring peace?  Or do the dirty work for Mossad?  Was it to work things out with the Iranian people or annihilate them in another UN-endorsed ‘WMD’ witch hunt from hell?  She certainly approved of the Bush butchery of a huge number of Iraqis in a futile hunt for fake weapons and a repeat of this was just Jim Dandy in her eyes.

• The secret “national human intelligence collection directive” was sent to US missions at the UN in New York, Vienna and Rome; 33 embassies and consulates, including those in London, Paris and Moscow.

ΩΩThis ‘I Spy With My Little CIA Eye’ directive covered the entire planet!  HAHAHA.  How many ambassadors rang up this Wicked CIA Witch and inform her, these requests were totally out of line and indeed, endangered long term US status with other nations, that is, opens this Pandora’s Box full of dynamite.  But then, the US has long ceased being capable of even the simplest forms of diplomacy.  Certainly, we fail the to appear even clever by half.  We excuse our inept diplomacy by claiming we are a ‘new nation’ (200 years is kind of long in the tooth) so we are children when it comes to conducting anything in the diplomatic realm.  Basically, we act like juvenile delinquents, not adults aware of consequences.

• The operation targeted at the UN appears to have involved all of Washington’s main intelligence agencies. The CIA’s clandestine service, the US Secret Service and the FBI were included in the “reporting and collection needs” cable alongside the state department under the heading “collection requirements and tasking”.

1. A dangerous standoff with Pakistan over nuclear fuel: Since 2007, the United States has mounted a highly secret effort, so far unsuccessful, to remove from a Pakistani research reactor highly enriched uranium that American officials fear could be diverted for use in an illicit nuclear device. In May 2009, Ambassador Anne W. Patterson reported that Pakistan was refusing to schedule a visit by American technical experts because, as a Pakistani official said, “if the local media got word of the fuel removal, ‘they certainly would portray it as the United States taking Pakistan’s nuclear weapons,’ he argued.”
2. Gaming out an eventual collapse of North Korea: American and South Korean officials have discussed the prospects for a unified Korea, should the North’s economic troubles and political transition lead the state to implode. The South Koreans even considered commercial inducements to China, according to the American ambassador to Seoul. She told Washington in February that South Korean officials believe that the right business deals would “help salve” China’s “concerns about living with a reunified Korea” that is in a “benign alliance” with the United States.
3. An intriguing alliance: American diplomats in Rome reported in 2009 on what their Italian contacts described as an extraordinarily close relationship between Vladimir V. Putin, the Russian prime minister, and Silvio Berlusconi, the Italian prime minister and business magnate, including “lavish gifts,” lucrative energy contracts and a “shadowy” Russian-speaking Italian go-between. They wrote that Mr. Berlusconi “appears increasingly to be the mouthpiece of Putin” in Europe. The diplomats also noted that while Mr. Putin enjoyed supremacy over all other public figures in Russia, he was undermined by an unmanageable bureaucracy that often ignored his edicts.
4. Clashes with Europe over human rights: American officials sharply warned Germany in 2007 not to enforce arrest warrants for Central Intelligence Agency officers involved in a bungled operation in which an innocent German citizen with the same name as a suspected militant was mistakenly kidnapped and held for months in Afghanistan. A senior American diplomat told a German official “that our intention was not to threaten Germany, but rather to urge that the German government weigh carefully at every step of the way the implications for relations with the U.S.”

ΩΩAll of this is certainly crummy stuff.  Kidnapping a totally innocent, a WRONG German CITIZEN and then torturing the poor guy mercilessly and then telling the Germans to shut him up or else we will do what?  Ah, that is the part even this insane cable dared not utter: we would probably wreck German exports to the US!  This, indeed, is the major weapon we use with absolutely everyone we do business with.  The State Department under the last 4 Presidents cynically does this regularly.  All parties understand without anyone having to say anything out loud, our power over any of them is the power to protect the US from a flood of imports!

ΩΩThis amazing power is only invoked if the US wants to kill, torture or crush Muslims.  The entire US economy is held hostage by this method.  NO one EVER in the State Department tries to stop foreign trade incursions except in retaliation for not hewing our Zionist power plays.  Never, never, never does anyone in the State Department, either the GOP operatives or Democrats, simply stops trade imbalances to protect our nation.  It is strictly only for leverage so we get certain things done, none of which benefits us even remotely.  Example #1 is Iran.

new National HUMINT Collection Directive (NHCD) on
Palestinian Issues (paragraph 3-end) and encourages
Department personnel at post to assist in compiling
Palestinian biographic information (paragraph 2). 2. (S/NF) State biographic reporting - including on

Palestinians: 

¶A.  (S/NF) The intelligence community relies on State
reporting officers for much of the biographical information
collected worldwide.  Informal biographic reporting via email
and other means is vital to the community's collection
efforts and can be sent to the INR/B (Biographic) office for
dissemination to the IC.  State reporting officers are
encouraged to report on noteworthy Palestinians as
information becomes available. 

¶B.  (S/NF) When it is available, reporting officers should
include as much of the following information as possible:
office and organizational titles; names, position titles and
other information on business cards; numbers of telephones,
cell phones, pagers and faxes; compendia of contact
information, such as telephone directories (in compact disc
or electronic format if available) and e-mail listings;
internet and intranet "handles", internet e-mail addresses,
web site identification-URLs; credit card account numbers;
frequent flyer account numbers; work schedules, and other
relevant biographical information.

SUBJECT: CROWN PRINCE SOUNDS ALARM ON IRAN

¶1. (U) This cable contains an action request in para 12. 

¶2. (S/NF) Summary. On July 15, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner 
joined Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al Nahyan
(MBZ) and Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed al Nahyan (ABZ)
for a dinner covering a range of regional issues.  MBZ expressed
serious concern over Iran's regional intentions and pleaded for the
U.S. to shorten its decision-making timeline and develop a "plan B."
He encouraged the U.S. to clearly communicate 'red lines' to the
Iranian Government, on nuclear and regional stability issues, with
direct consequences for transgressions.  He painted to a nuclear Iran
as an existential threat to the UAE and invoked the well being of his
grandchildren while urging the U.S. to act quickly.  MBZ asked for
close coordination between the U.S. and UAE to deal with the Iranian
threat. End Summary. 

¶3. (S/NF) Secretary Geithner asked the Crown Prince for his views on
the situation in the region, particularly in Iran.  Geithner
described the U.S. strategy on Iran, including our intention to move
forward with multilateral financial sanctions while waiting for Iran
to decide on its engagement with the U.S.   He also conveyed
appreciation for the important support that UAE provides to other
regional trouble spots. 

¶4. (S/NF) MBZ described a nuclear armed Iran as absolutely untenable.
 He pointed to Iran's relentless ambitions to restore regional
hegemony as evidenced by destabilizing interference in Iraq, Lebanon,
Afghanistan and Palestine.  He believes that 'all hell will break
loose' if Iran attains the bomb, with Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Syria and
Turkey developing their own nuclear weapons capability and Iran
instigating Sunni - Shia conflict throughout the world.  He said Iran
is surrounding Israel - driven by ideological conviction - and will
threaten Israel's existence should it go nuclear.  At the same time,
he described Iran's ambitions as reflecting a desire to restore
Persia's great-power status, rather than driven by religious
convictions. 

¶5. (S/NF) MBZ differentiated the long term threat posed by Iran from
other menacing states like North Korea or Syria.  Where these other
regimes were ruled by small cadres of corrupt 'old guard' officials,
the Iranian regime has raised its next generation to carry out its
designs for hegemony.  As such, the world will be dealing with Iran's
destabilizing ambitions for decades.  MBZ assesses that the Iranian
regime has emerged from the recent election strife stronger and more
resolute. 

¶6. (S/NF) While careful not to suQY.JQoWoRth Iran,
MBZ described a near term conventional war with Iran as clearly
preferable to the long term consequences of a nuclear armed Iran. 
Without timely and decisive action by the United States, MBZ believes
that Israel will strike Iran, causing Iran to launch missile attacks
- including hits on the UAE -  and to unleash terror attacks
worldwide. In his view, 'the map of the Middle East' would change.
He expects widespread civilian conflict to erupt as Iran sparks Sunni
- Shia violence worldwide (including the Eastern Province of Saudi
Arabia which he sees as the greatest vulnerability, along with Iraq,
in the Arab world).  He speculated that such an event could unfold
within six months time and resolved that the UAE is prepared to
defend itself.  He believes that an Israeli strike will not be
successful in stopping Iran's nuclear program, and therefore we need
to plan. 

¶7. (S/NF) Regarding the recent election in Iran, MBZ cautioned that
Mir Hossein Musavi is no different than Ahmedinejad when it comes to
their nuclear ambitions, 'same goal, different tactic.'  In this
respect, he regards Musavi as more dangerous than his competitor, as
at least Ahmedinejad was 'an open book.'  He reminded Secretary
Geithner that Musavi and his advisors are part of the same group that
took the U.S. Embassy in 1979. 

¶8. (S/NF) MBZ questioned Europe's basic understanding of the threat
posed by Iran, and wrote off their resolve to deal with the
situation.  He was appalled by 'top European diplomats' that were
unconcerned by the possibility of Iran acquiring a nuclear weapon. He
shared his theory that Russia was trying to instigate conflict
between the U.S. and Iran as a means to weaken the U.S. and drive up
oil prices.  He suggested we could use Russia's narrow views to help
persuade Russia to join international actions against Iran. 

¶9. (S/NF) MBZ stated that financial sanctions would never be
sufficient to stop Iran, but allowed that the U.S. should continue
with such measures to demonstrate to the Arab world that we tried
everything.  He pledged continued cooperation and support for
international sanctions and encouraged further action in the UN and
EU, as well as the U.S.
¶10. (S/NF) MBZ suggested that the key to containing Iran revolves
around progress in the Israel/Palestine issue.  He argued that it
will be essential to bring Arab public opinion on board in any
conflict with Iran and roughly 80% of the public is amenable to
persuasion.  To win them over, the U.S. should quickly bring about a
two state solution over the objections of the Netanyahu government.
He suggested working with moderate Palestinians that support the road
map, and forget about the others as there is no time to waste. 

¶11. (S/NF) Foreign Minister ABZ urged the U.S. to make better use of
its allies in the region and engage Russia and China in a productive
way on this issue wherever possible.  He urged clear and forceful
messaging to Iran and more regional gatherings (i.e. P+5+1 and GCC+3)
to increase pressure and isolation. 

¶12. (S/NF) ACTION REQUEST: MBZ would like to visit Washington in late
July to discuss Iran with President Obama and other senior officials.
Treasury and Embassy recommend continuing the dialogue with MBZ as
soon as possible.

ΩΩOur Jewish Treasury official seems to be entirely focused on…how to destroy Iran!  Yup, this is his #1 point of interest.  The US has seen its financial situation go into near total collapse and he is worried about… the very ancient Sunni/Shiite split?  Oh, the horrors.  As for gasoline, this is peddled to the US public as the #1 reason all our Mideast efforts are done to keep oil cheap.  Only, when this cable was sent, international investment banks like Goldman Sachs were relentlessly driving up the price of oil to very high levels and even though it fell temporarily, it is back up again.

ΩΩChasing after the Iranians hasn’t made oil cheaper.  The more we pressure Iran, the higher the price of oil.  This dynamic has been painfully obvious since day one.  The fat little dumpling of a Sheik who was all stressed out about the Iranians had to muse about how the US has to get the population’s support for this religious war against fellow Muslims by first fixing the Palestinian problems with Zionism.  Of course, this made the entire visit useless.

ΩΩNaturally, Geithner had zero intention of pressuring his fellow Zionist Jews to stop doing insane things designed to drive out all non-Jews from the Holy Land!  The entire point of the visit was to snark afterwards about how the Arab oil billionaires were scared and wanted us to kill Iranians but we didn’t have to do anything about fixing the Palestinian problems.  And yes, nothing at all was done to stop Jewish ethnic cleansing and the fat little oil princes who use and abuse slaves did nothing but sat on their golden thrones and worry about Iran’s revolutionaries.

ΩΩAlready, it is too late for them.  Iraq is trending towards Iran’s way of doing business.  The maniacal focus on all things Zionist has driven US policy into a trap we can’t escape.  China, on the other hand, will have rich pickings with these secret cables.  That is, they now know exactly how the physically weak, fat disconnected rulers of all these oil kingdoms really think and how to move them towards China by offering them services the US can’t offer including…getting Iran to cooperate with China but having Iran move under the Chinese nuclear umbrella!

ΩΩYes, we do this all the time.  We use our umbrella to protect trade rivals who are destroying our economy.  Egypt is another ripe pick for China.  We support only dictators there and we oppress the people and the US foreign policy is very unpopular there and the dictator wants to win this faux election by pretending to have a vote going on while…terrorizing anyone running for office who isn’t part of the dictator’s power base.  Mubarak has been in power for 28+ years and he is popular with the US rulers because he exploits his own country for his own gain and hates and fears his own people.

ΩΩWe pay Mubarak to stay in power and he collects his billions in bribes and we do this in order to keep Gaza under Israel’s boot.  The powder keg that is Egypt is nothing to snort at.  Like Turkey, it is a dynamic force that can destroy US power in the Middle East.  Already, we lost the Asian shore of the Persian Gulf.  In these Wikileaks cables there are bits and pieces about how the US stabbed Turkey in the back by supporting PKK terrorists attacking Ankara.  Already, Turkey is very, very angry with the US thanks to our government’s support of the IDF attacking a civilian ship and killing Turkish and one American citizen.
