While reading the British news which is somewhat more revealing than US news, I came across a story about Bill Clinton working on behalf of a Jewish gambling/offshore money/real estate/speculators in oil and metals run a fund raiser to help save humanity from people who caused the real estate bubble, drove up the price of oil and other commodities and destroy families by enabling gambling addictions. Right. Anyways, as befits a fundraiser sponsored by these creeps, it was horrible, dirty and nasty. And the rich were very pissed off being treated like ordinary people. So they are demanding their ‘donations’ back.
The tax haven fundraising scam game rolls endlessly onwards. They help few and mostly spend money on themselves. I have documented this in the past. For example, the earthquake in Haiti caused a tsunami of fund raising by these sorts of creepy vampires and virtually nothing ended up helping the Haitian people who still struggle to live in the most precarious housing years later. These ‘charities’ hire the spawn of the rich so they can collect an income while doing virtually nothing and are used as an excuse to throw expensive parties for the rich while under cover of being nice to the poor. It is a scam. A cynical and quite evil scam.

Mr Stone also attacked the event’s planner, Steven Moffett, whom appeared to be “totally out of his depth” while the foundation’s treatment was poor and it did not even get thanked.The Foundation has been known to hold “some of the best events”, including a Haiti earthquake fund-raiser, which has been described as one of the world’s “most glamorous galas”.
So, their main complaint is, they didn’t have sufficiently swank surroundings, expensive food and fabulous entertainment? HAHAHA. These glamorous galas are all subsidized by the taxpayers because the ‘charities’ supposedly are giving money to poor people. But like the medieval Catholic Church, the money seems to not make it very far down the social scale and generally all ends up inside the wallets of the rich.
I keep saying, the people who are screaming about the end of humanity seems to be also the people who think jet setting all over the planet and throwing parties and rock star events for themselves shows us they are not even slightly serious. The game is to clothe one’s selfish interests in high moral good so that the excuse to jet set to a wild, sybaritic party is to save humanity from destruction, no?
People confuse my condemnation of this sort of garbage with being a ‘climate denier’ or ‘racist’ or some other negative connotation when what I am doing is condemning people who manipulate others with FAKE charities, FAKE solutions to global warming and FAKE anti-racism. Racism is bad. Antisemitism is bad. Jews beating up blacks in Israel while screaming about sending them home…is bad racism and the refusal to report this in America is a crime. Global warming will not be fixed by jet-setting billionaires creating a carbon pollution derivatives game, either. This is far from a solution: it makes everything much worse.
On and on it goes: the elites are out to party and have fun at taxpayer expense while pretending to save humanity and this should be roundly denounced. They could easily simply donate their money without any interlopers, entertainments or games and be done with it. Naturally, while violating human rights all over the planet earthe, the US is critical of Iran and Syria in human rights report on ‘tumultuous’ year while the US unveils new tactics to tackle Al Qaeda propaganda as the US Hacks Yemeni Web Sites in Propaganda Campaign. So, hackers are evil but US hackers spreading propaganda are good. Just like civilians are not allowed to fight US invaders but we can use the CIA assassin programs openly and contemptuously. After hacking foreigners, the CIA has private organizations hired to do the same here in America: Propaganda firm owner admits smear campaign against U.S. journalists.
The corporation was mad that reporters talked about them so they posted false information about them online. They started websites in the name of these reporters and put up stuff pretending to be the reporters. The Pentagon is embarrassed but this sort of garbage goes on all the time. A country that embraces physical assassinations thinks nothing of character assassinations.
And the EU, going up in flames and facing economic annihilation on a level worse than Japan lets the US put up missiles aimed at Russia so NATO decides to activate missile shield despite Russian threats. That is, Russia plans to nuke Europe first if there is any bad diplomatic news. I bet this makes the people there feel much safer.

What you are describing is the Shock Doctrine at work!
Do the damage or make money on the hardship of others and then send in the phoney humanitarian group to stop the torture you set up to begin with. If you read about Chile in Naomi Klein’s masterwork (Shock Doctrine) you’ll see the roadmap for all of this.

It might. But was Clinton’s event promoting another carbon trading scheme? Is anyone at all promoting a solution that would be beneficial?
I think you’d prefer that nothing be done about global warming, so you’re taking a cynical position on it. You pick out a few examples of efforts that are counterproductive, or flawed in some other way, then cynically assume that every other effort is exactly the same. It’s a poor argument style. We could similarly argue that tariffs are bad, by picking a few examples of times when they were misused and cynically assuming that those examples represented every tariff. (Economics textbooks often do just that.) Or financial regulation is bad because Sheila Bear is very much a product of the financial industry itself, therefore every regulator will always be corrupt as well.
If you think global warming is not a problem, and it’s being cynically manipulated by elites to increase their power, fine. But when you just assume that every effort to reduce global warming is a scam, you’re wandering across the line between thinking critically and reacting cynically.

I want EVERYONE to have a solar array on their private homes which they can ‘buy’ via paying OVER TIME for it at ZERO INTEREST. I have been a proponent of ‘Power for the People’ for the last 40 years and was even on TV (ABC) about this.
This is the LAST THING ON EARTH the elites want and they made this very, very clear. Their alternative system is to tax the poor who can’t afford to upgrade their energy use and I totally, completely oppose this fake solution.
I am offering a positive solution and the rulers want the exact opposite and they deliberately spooked the left into self-annihilation in supporting these stupid taxes on the poor.

i give elaine credit as a liberal for being one of the few to examine the issue before it happens.
i think the reason is that liberals don’t what to acknowledge what conservatives already know-that big government isn’t looking out for you , and can only function if it taxes you. (not just the 1 percent either)
that means taking away what you have, by force if necessary.
