Both Black, White And Hispanic Lawlessness Leads To Internal Wars And Destruction Of Civil Liberties

Black demonstrator is right, alas, cops and whites kill far, far fewer blacks than blacks in the hood.

 

The government, trying to appease the black community, lifted the curfew last night and so the demonstrators refused to go home after midnight and yet another battle was waged.  Attorney General Eric Holder headed to Ferguson to pour more gasoline on this fire.  As our country descends into chaos, what is interesting to me is NO labor battles are raging, no efforts after OWS was suppressed, at organizing across racial/religious lines.  Instead, we have Bundy in Nevada defying the Obama government and talking racist and Al Sharpton, a man who tried to get ME, specifically, killed for a speech I gave in Bedford-Stuy in NYC, talking racist, trying to start a race war.

 

Way back in the Ice Ages of the 1970’s, I was invited by a black church to give a speech about crime and how to deal with the police successfully.  While I was there talking about how to make neighborhoods safe, Al Sharpton, at this point unknown in the media, entered the auditorium with some goons and proceeded to tell everyone ‘She is part of the KKK!’  But luckily for me, an elderly man stood up with his cane in hand and announced, ‘Yes, and I am the Grand Dragon.’  Which made everyone laugh.

 

This was before the Tawana Brawley affair, who faked rape.  Last year, Brawley  begins defamation payments 25 years later while being totally unapologetic over her attempt at framing a local prosecutor in NY state.  Even though she concocted the entire event herself, she still feels she, not the prosecutor, is the victim.

To all those here who are mad a me for trying to explain that race riots over murky issues are dangerous as well as destructive, just remember that the DOJ and Obama said nothing and did nothing for all the OWS demonstrators who were most definitely not violent, when they were violently suppressed and removed and beaten, etc.  He didn’t care one bit that their civil rights were violated.

 

Backing down in the Bundy affair also was stupid and I was against that, too.  Lawlessness is dangerous and I know this better than most because I have lived in lawlessness and it sucks.  The white racists loved the fact that Bundy and his fascist friends got away with waving guns at the Feds.  This was a HUGE mistake of the Feds.

 

Here is an event in New Jersey that happened yesterday, where I used to live, caused again by a black person jaywalking:  Moment driver was brutally attacked by the family of man he hit and killed while driving without a license

 

Investigators say they don’t believe that Chacon was speeding nor was he under the influence. It appears as though Martin walked into the path of the moving SUV.

 

Cell phone footage of the dreadful event shows people punching Cachon until he was badly injured and on the ground.  Footage also shows a few bystanders trying to pull people off of Chacon until the police arrived…

 

This isn’t the first time Chacon has gotten into driving trouble. He was cited twice for driving without his license and even though he was eligible for reinstatement in December he failed to pay the $100 fee.

 

The Hispanic guy was ignoring laws and dissing the courts.  The black family that tried to beat him to death were also ignoring the law, too.  This is lawless crashing into lawless and note that lynch mobbing was the result.  All parties here were ignoring laws designed to make us safer.  This isn’t the only case of blacks beating people nearly to death when they hit jaywalkers or blacks deliberately running in front of vehicles.

State Rep. Alberta Tinsley Talabi (D-Detroit), told WWJ Legal Analyst Charlie Langton the incident appears to have racial overtones, adding, “it’s wrong.”

 

Joseph Utash said although it was tough to stomach, he watched video of the incident.

 

“It shows the kid, he was standing on the curb with his dad and as my dad’s truck was coming down the street, the kid stepped right in front of my dad’s truck. My dad had absolutely not one chance in the world to try to swerve out-of-the-way or stop,” he said. “He got out of the car to check on the kid and before he even got up to the kid, he got assaulted by 11, 12 people. They jumped all over him and beat him up. While they were jumping him, somebody else jumped in the truck and stole his belongings. They took his wallet, his cellphone, everything out of his truck.”.

 

..Joseph Utash said he believes his father was intentionally targeted or even worse, that skin color might have played a role. Based on witness accounts, the attackers were African American.
“I’ve talked to one Detroit police officer and I think that, personally in my own heart, I think it was all a setup from the gate,” he said, “meaning that my dad’s been driving up and down Morang for 15, 16 years working for the same company and they know he has a job, they know he has money and they robbed him. You know, he had a bag with all his stuff in it. He showed me that he had all this money in his wallet that morning, telling me he just took the money out of the bank so he could pay his dentist.
“As far as a hate crime, it might be,” he said. “You know, it’s like you go in Detroit and you’re white, you don’t belong. Seriously. I’ve been pulled over by police before and they’re like ‘Get back across 8 Mile,’ like I’m not supposed to be over there, like I’m not allowed to go in Detroit.”

 

There were no white riots after that event but many called for Obama and his buddy running the DOJ to investigate so…Beating of driver by angry mob after he accidentally ran over young boy ruled NOT a hate crime by Detroit police with Holder saying everything is OK.  This, in turn, fed white fury on the right.  As everyone feels victimized and the President shows no concern over citizens who are not black like him, we get a backlash from hell.

Despite the prominence of the demonstration’s (against a trial for 9/11 Gitmo prisoners) organizers, the campaign against Holder’s Justice Department was largely overlooked by the national media, which considered the event a fringe affair. But the anger was growing, and it became impossible to ignore on January 19th, when Scott Brown, a Republican, captured the Senate seat left vacant by the death of Edward Kennedy, the Massachusetts Democrat. As Eric Fehrnstrom, Brown’s political consultant, put it to me recently, the “most potent political issue” in the race was voter opposition to the Justice Department’s decision to extend customary legal protections to suspected terrorists such as Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, the Nigerian suspect who on Christmas Day attempted to detonate a bomb on a Northwest Airlines passenger plane bound for Detroit. In a debate with his Democratic opponent, Martha Coakley, Brown declared, “We’re at war in our airports, we’re at war in our shopping malls. I have to be honest with you, folks. . . . I’m scared at some of the policies I’ve heard.”

 

Again, the DOJ and Obama backed down!  Politicians from both parties squelched the trials.  This is more mob rule and has nothing to do with the Constitution or civil rights.  We are killing our democracy and these riots are simply another facet of this riddle.  Too many don’t want others to have civil rights!  Black, white, whatever religion, more and more people want a dual privilege system whereby laws don’t apply to them, when they can lynch anyone they target and no one is supposed to stop them.

 

I remember the white riots during the enactment of Civil Rights Act laws when the military had to come in to force desegregation of the schools.  Today, there is chaos.  The government has no idea what to do because it doesn’t want to really enforce the laws and hatred is rising rapidly and I predict a huge GOP victory this next election because of all this.  And by the way, many far right wing white racists were very illegal and violent thanks to the Fanning the Flames of Waco where these racists made up stories that the Feds started the fires there when it is obvious that the fanatics did this suicidally which led to the Oklahoma City bombing later by equally deranged fanatics.
