French Muslim Terrorists Trained With Yemen al Qaeda Fighters: US Drone Assassinations Breeds Terrorists

Screen shot 2015-01-09 at 9.08.37 AM

This is some screen shots of the housing projects where the French terrorists grew up.  Gennevilliers has many public housing buildings exactly like New York City with the exact same sort of problems.  But we also see from the pictures above that it isn’t as ‘ugly’ as described in this news article:Gennevilliers ‘boxes’ houses 10,000 Muslims in Parisian enclave | Daily Mail Online

The door is an angry shade of purple, like every other door in the seven-storey block. It has no handle, and no name beside the buzzer – just a heavy lock, and spyhole for checking out unwelcome callers.

The building is a vast and seemingly impenetrable concrete warren divided into some 600 apartments – or perhaps ‘boxes’ would be a better term, given their cramped proportions.

Surrounded by dozens of similarly forbidding, state-owned monstrosities housing some 10,000 Muslims, the vast majority of North African origin, this is the grim Parisian enclave where Cherif Kouachi was radicalised – and is believed to have plotted the horrific magazine massacre.

Actually, seen from the air it is exactly like the modern liberal housing built in New York: set in green parks with trees and all sorts of nice landscaping, the towers themselves rapidly decline into crime hovels due entirely to the people who live their working their hardest at making it into a nasty place.  Seen from the air, it looks idyllic.  Even from the street, it isn’t so bad at all.  But indoors, it becomes very bad indeed.

And the shooting in France that has so inflamed people yet again causing them to demand more wars with angry Muslims…like all major religious wars, this one is doomed to failure unless one side or the other gains enough power to simply butcher everyone on the other side.  Generally speaking, this doesn’t happen when the populations of the combatants are the same size.

To murder all the Muslims, this would require killing about a billion+ people on several continents.  Ditto for Muslims thinking they can kill everyone else.  What if the billion plus Chinese decide to butcher everyone?  This would be WWIII, of course, which NATO seems to want desperately since the US has pushed very hard to force Russia into yet another war with Europe, for example.

Following Attack, Netanyahu Offers French Jews A Home: the Jews are very much a tiny minority and yet they think they can overwhelm a billion Muslims while brutally carving out their own small enclave in the Middle East.  The US has enabled the most intolerant, provocative behavior from Israel for many years now and reaps the results regularly as angry Muslims attack the US.  Nothing at all is being done to ameliorate the situation in Palestine, quite the opposite.

Yesterday, With talks on ice, Palestinians’ Mahmoud Abbas declares diplomatic war on Israel.  Paris kosher store terrorist invoked Bin Laden, Palestinians to hostages Terrorists in France Connected to al-Qaeda in Yemen which is where the US has done endless assassin drone murders.  Around 3,000 dead as Obama’s drone campaign marks five years with attacks in Yemen ongoing this last month.  The Yemen fighters have nothing to lose, they are all very poor.  So they aren’t like the fat Saudi Royals, for example.  They are more like the Vietnamese peasants: hardy and relentless.

Revealed: Police stopped watching Paris killers six months ago after terror cell of kosher deli attacker and his crossbow jihadi wife – who has fled to Syria – were deemed ‘low-risk’.  Of course, under Assad, no terrorists emerged from or fled to Syria. Thanks to the troika of the US/Saudi/Israel secret services, we now have this huge monster of an organization aimed at destroying us all.  As for al Qaeda: thanks to US insane policies, it is ten thousand times stronger now than before.

Charlie Hebdo massacre suspects on US no-fly list ‘for years,’ trained with Al-Qaeda in Yemen according to the Russian news.  Russia warned us about invading Afghanistan but no one listens to Putin.

NATO still strives for cooperation with Russia in terror fight, says Sec Gen post Paris attack — RT News also reports.  But then, starting a war between Catholics and Orthodox Russians is a great way to fight a billion Muslims, too!  Not.

France wants to mend ties with Russia, asking for ‘progress’ on Ukraine to save face’ — RT Op-Edge: which is quite true.  France can’t deal with a billion angry Muslims while popping Putin in the nose.  History is clear.  Fight too many enemies at once, you die.  The US seems bent on doing exactly that.  Which is pathetic.  But then, we imagine we won WWII without Stalin.  Which is incredibly misinformed.

    Elaine,
Your powerhouse writing and acute discernment of events has once again taken the breath out of me. Spot on analysis!

What Amedy Coulibaly said and when?

“During a conversation with local French media during the hostage crisis, Coulibaly claimed to choose the supermarket because it was Jewish and said he was part of ISIS, according to CNN” .
    @http://www.jpost.com/International/Second-hostage-taking-at-Paris-kosher-supermarket-387225 – By JPOST.COM STAFF, REUTERS \ 01/09/2015 22:26

“Amedy Coulibaly, the hostage taker who killed four people and wounded four others in a kosher supermarket in eastern Paris on Friday, called BFM-TV before he died to claim allegiance to Islamic State, saying he wanted to defend Palestinians and target Jews”.
    @http://www.jpost.com/Diaspora/Kosher-Supermarket-attacker-claimed-IS-bonds-wanted-to-target-Jews-and-defend-Palestine-387267 – REUTERS, JPOST.COM STAFF \ 01/10/2015 01:48

“At one point, Coulibaly – who killed four Jewish hostages and was later shot and killed by police – quoted Osama Bin Laden: “Like he said: You will never taste peace. We are the ones who will make peace in Palestine.”
    @http://www.haaretz.com/news/world/1.636390 – Sunday, January 11, 2015 Tevet 20, 5775

The Australian TV transmitted images from the stand-off at the kosher joint and the words of Coulibaly. Not a word about Palestine!

“the Jews are very much a tiny minority and yet they think they can overwhelm a billion Muslims while brutally carving out their own small enclave in the Middle East.”

I once read that the aim of Jewish Fundamentalism was to scare as many non-Fundamentalist Jewish people as possible and to pull them to Israel. Not because they wanted these people. Most of them aren’t Jewish enough or pure enough to be considered brethren.

But to support their wars of expansion, they need bodies. Lots and lots of bodies.

I used to dismiss these stories as racism. But as the years go by, it doesn’t seem so crazy. I don’t put anything past religious insanity nowadays.

I’m confused so I have a few questions.

    1) Who do we blame for the radical Islamic terrorists killing peaceful Muslims ?
    2) Considering they kill more Muslims than any other group of people, should we blame the peaceful Muslims for having the audacity to desire freedom ?
    3) Would the world be a safer, better and more prosperous place if the US packed up all of it’s military, job producing corporations, citizens and money, headed home, locked the door and let nothing or no one in or out like North Korea did ?
    4) Are all rich people evil ?
    5) If not, is there a list or at least a memo annotating which ones are acceptable?
    6) Is private ownership of land good or bad ?
    7) Are we allowed to eat meat ?
    8) Are we allowed to hunt?
    9) Are we allowed to own guns?
    10) If we eliminate all of the elites won’t that just create a new class of elites that call all of the shots and how will they be better than the ones we have now ?
    11) How do we establish Utopia?
    12) Do we have to kill off ten million or so people like China did or do we just do it with starvation like the Soviet Union did ?
    13) Did Ukraine attack Russia ? If not why is Russia fighting with them ?
    14) Did the Crimean people hold an election to join Russia or does Putin just know whats best for them so he is just helping them ?
    15) Was Hitler a good guy or a bad guy ?
    16) Do I get to choose what kind of job I have or does the Utopian elite do that for me ?
    17) So which system of rule does Utopia have, National Socialism, Communism, Sharia Law or free market capitalism?
    18) Is freedom possible without a free market, if so how does that work ?
    19) Is being a libertarian acceptable or will I be required to go to re-education summer camp ?
    20) If I am on the elimination list could you please tell me now so I can buy more ammunition ?

  5. Seraphim

It’s hard not to get confused when you ask so many questions (and believing you are smart and funny).

  6. Colt Browning

Are you trying to marginalize me for asking legitimate questions ?

  7. DM

    Answers to ‘legitimate’ questions ..

    1) Who do we blame for the radical Islamic terrorists killing peaceful Muslims ?

    USA/UK/Israel/Saudi

    2) Considering they kill more Muslims than any other group of people, should we blame the peaceful Muslims for having the audacity to desire freedom ?

    No

    3) Would the world be a safer, better and more prosperous place if the US packed up all of it’s military, job producing corporations, citizens and money, headed home, locked the door and let nothing or no one in or out like North Korea did ?
    Yes.

    4) Are all rich people evil ?

    Yes. See #5

    5) If not, is there a list or at least a memo annotating which ones are acceptable?

Anyone who actually earned their money. Excludes all bankers and traders of course.

    6) Is private ownership of land good or bad ?

    Bad.

    7) Are we allowed to eat meat ?

Yes. Does not include dogs and horses.

    8) Are we allowed to hunt?

With a permit and strict limits and concern for the animal

    9) Are we allowed to own guns?

    Are you?

    10) If we eliminate all of the elites won’t that just create a new class of elites that call all of the shots and how will they be better than the ones we have now ?

Yes. It might not be, but the current crop of bastards have it coming.

    11) How do we establish Utopia?

You can’t. But you can at least try.

    12) Do we have to kill off ten million or so people like China did or do we just do it with starvation like the Soviet Union did ?

First you learn to read, then set aside at least 5-10 years to catch-up with some basic education, instead of whatever passes for education in America. I’m not actually interested if you have a High School diploma or a PhD. Education does not come with certificate.

    13) Did Ukraine attack Russia ? If not why is Russia fighting with them ?

See #12 Your worldview is extremely limited because you are (probably) an American. Sorry about that.

    14) Did the Crimean people hold an election to join Russia or does Putin just know what’s best for them so he is just helping them ?

They had an election. The standards of democracy in most parts of the world far exceed the standards in America.

    15) Was Hitler a good guy or a bad guy ?

Let’s call him a bad guy, along with Churchill, Stalin, and FDR.

    16) Do I get to choose what kind of job I have or does the Utopian elite do that for me ?

Gee, I thought you were gonna establish this Utopia, so I figure you should know the rules.

    17) So which system of rule does Utopia have, National Socialism, Communism, Sharia Law or free market capitalism?

How about none of the above. What did SIR THOMAS MOORE reckon anyway?

    18) Is freedom possible without a free market, if so how does that work ?

Ah! Well, ain’t no such thing as a free market. So go figure.

    19) Is being a libertarian acceptable or will I be required to go to re-education summer camp ?

Well – maybe you could make better use of your summers anyway. In your case, a bit of education couldn’t be all that bad.

    20) If I am on the elimination list could you please tell me now so I can buy more ammunition ?

Hmm! You were probably eliminated from the college list, and likely you’ve been eliminated from a good many job lists, but how may bullets do you need to shoot yourself in the head?

  8. emsnews

    Whoa.

I own land. A fair amount of land, in fact. I am 100% for land ownership!

The key to being a citizen is land ownership! Many, many peasants from Europe came to the US to own land (taken from the native Indians, of course).

Land ownership means you have some sense of responsibility. Examples are obvious: tenants don’t make improvements. Poor tenants who live in government housing actively destroy and abuse it.

Yes, ‘free markets’ are a disaster for workers who need national protections from near-slave/slave labor in neighboring or distant lands.

About Russia: Russia didn’t attack Ukraine. The coup was engineered in order to seize an important sea base which Russia occupied for two hundred years.

  10. melponeme_k

“Let’s call him a bad guy, along with Churchill, Stalin, and FDR.”

Well I wouldn’t be so quick to include FDR in this list. The man did grant us as much freedom as he could with the New Deal. Even that little bit made the Elites grind their teeth over him. They still think of him as a traitor today.

Churchill will get no argument from me. He got fatter during the war when most of his people were bone thin due to rationing. But he had a private bunker filled with treasure and good, real food. He did talk a good line though. That he did.

” How silly the human herd is, how tame to the mighty, how foolish are the charletans, how short-sighted the interest chasers . They wait for their hitler, they are hungry for him as the grass of the evening dew. But the worst part is that they are dead serious and fantastically gullible . ”

“Laugh at these crazy beasts in time. Laughter sets you free – before death – the laughter puts things in the right perspective”

    – Veikko Huovinen, Veitikka –

Don’t demonize, just laugh at the Gods, prophets, imams, Putins, Bushes and Netanyahus of the world.

That is exactly what they did at Charlie Hedbo

  12. Petruchio

@#4, Colt Browning: Your comments/questions are a target rich environment, but I’ll take a stab at it. Response to #1: the Middle East has long been known as “the world’s tinderbox”. This is because a lot of Arab nations hate each other almost as much if not more than they hate “the Zionist entity”, Israel. Response to #2: How do you know these “peaceful Muslims” want freedom? A bigger issue in the ME is the arbitrary “nations” that were created BY THE WEST after WW1. At least Hussein, who was a secular ruler, ran Iraq more or less peacefully, at least by Middle Eastern standards. To #14: Yes! there was a referendum. Crimea, in a fair election, decided to re-join Russia. To #17: Who is trying to create a ‘Utopia’? Of course, the only way we can have a “Utopia” is if Petruchio is ruler! HAHA, j/k. This is a non-serious response to silly question. To #19: I don’t think there will be a “re-education requirement”, but I DO think a change in your perspective would be a good thing.

  13. Colt Browning

DM, at least you were honest., I admire that.

You did however attempt to marginalize me with insults.

    3) Would the world be a safer, better and more prosperous place if the US packed up all of it’s military, job producing corporations, citizens and money, headed home, locked the door and let nothing or no one in or out like North Korea did ?
    Yes.

As a Libertarian I certainly wouldn’t mind the US doing that.

Basic education in the U.S. centers around failed European philosophies from the 19th century.

Perhaps Einstein was wrong in his definition of insanity.

    13) Did Ukraine attack Russia ? If not why is Russia fighting with them ?

See #12 Your worldview is extremely limited because you are (probably) an American. Sorry about that.

I never made a statement about my world view. I did make a statement about my national political view.

I will expand on that a bit.

As a Libertarian I do not care what the rest of the world does. Hell I don’t care what my neighbors do as long as they do not disturb me.

You evaded questions 12 and 13. You opted to insult.

    16) Do I get to choose what kind of job I have or does the Utopian elite do that for me ?

Gee, I thought you were gonna establish this Utopia, so I figure you should know the rules.

I never said I was intending to establish a Utopian society, it’s just a question.

    17) So which system of rule does Utopia have, National Socialism, Communism, Sharia Law or free market capitalism?

How about none of the above. What did SIR THOMAS MOORE reckon anyway?

Sir Thomas More reckoned monastic communism according to what I have read.

Isn’t that similar to what Jim Jones was attempting to establish ?

More’s affinity for torture and burning at the stake would imply a possible answer to #12.

  14. Jim R

    Good article, Elaine.
Yet another example of how empires go to Afghanistan to die.

And sad but predictable, that the official response to this event is just more of the same stupid policy that created it in the first place. Send more mercenaries to the Middle East, pour weapons into the place, and create chaos, all the while making pious assertions of a quest for peace. When the blowback arrives on home shores, militarize the police. Feign shock when young adults with no job prospects and nothing to do, come back from those war zones in a warlike condition..

Those AQ training programs started out at Ft. Benning, you know.

  15. DM

As a Libertarian I do not care what the rest of the world does. Hell I don’t care what my neighbors do as long as they do not disturb me.

John Donne responded t this about 400 years ago.

No man is an island entire of itself; every man
    is a piece of the continent, a part of the main;
if a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe
is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as
well as any manner of thy friends or of thine
own were; any man’s death diminishes me,
because I am involved in mankind.
And therefore never send to know for whom
the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.

  16. Christian W

    @12

I find Hedbo’s approach crude, in other words I am definitely not “Charlie Hedbo”. I am more inclined to this view:

    http://www.theguardian.com/world/ng-interactive/2015/jan/09/joe-sacco-on-satire-a-response-to-the-attacks

I am tired of the hypocrisy. Near four million Frenchmen are protesting against “terrorism”, yet where were they when France armed and trained “Al Qaeda” for operations in Syria (they still send arms) and even fought on behalf of them in Libya?

It is depressing to see the pre-conditioned and pre-programmed responses of the masses.

  17. Colt Browning

    DM,

My neighbors know that I will assist them in any way that I can.

All they have to do is ask.

I know that they will help me if I need it too.

It is so common of a practice in rural America that we do it for strangers as well as our friends.

    Canadians are like that too.

    It is called kindness.

The big cities in the blue states are not really like that.

As a matter of fact, they are quite rude there.

Fortunately, they are the exception rather than the standard.

The geographical majority of the US is very rural.

A week in Gatlinburg, Tennessee with your significant other is sure to soften that hardened heart of yours.

That is if you don’t hate kind, friendly people.

I suggest the month of October.

It will be one of the most pleasant experiences of your life.

  18. melponeme_k

    @Colt

“The big cities in the blue states are not really like that.

As a matter of fact, they are quite rude there.”

Wrong. Travel and get out of your state and into the big cities for awhile.

“I know that they will help me if I need it too.

It is so common of a practice in rural America that we do it for strangers as well as our friends.”

Wrong again. I’ve been around RURAL America and because my face was not white, I’ve had looks of pure hatred. These people would have stepped over my bleeding body rather than see my degenerate non-white genes survive.

Are all people like this? NO, but don’t make blanket assumptions.

  19. emsnews

Correct. Things are seldom uniform or the same in any situation. You can have friendly times or terrible times simply depending on mood changes around you!

The one thing about rural places: people tend to be much more self-sufficient and capable of doing many difficult things.

  20. CK

  21. Colt Browning

    melponeme_k,

Where I live I too am in the minority.

    Blacks are the majority.

Being in the minority is not without its challenges.

Racism works both ways. I just don’t let that affect my ability to get along with people.

    Assimilation is very effective.

I have been to most every big city on both coasts including all of them on the east coast multiple times.

I have lived in California and also in New England very near NYC.

Being a southerner outside of the south is no cake walk.

Not much different than being a libertarian in here, lol.

Now that I have revealed that I am a southerner I’m sure it will get even more challenging.

Haters are just going to hate is how I see it.

Life is too short to let that bother me.

  22. Seraphim

    @Life is too short…

Take it as it is and Carpe diem!

  23. e sutton

Anyone alive having to live in a negro majority has my sincere pity. Blacks are violent and mostly stupid and lazy. Being around whites seems to help them but at the same time tears down whites. I’ve seen it happen in too many neighborhoods. Honest blacks will tell you the same. They come flooding into (my) white neighborhood(s) due to the excrement piling up in their own hoods. Rather than clean it themselves, they run into my neighborhood, thinking that I, as a white person, will clean up after them. It is truly a puzzlement that a race of people who (claim to) hate YT run so fast and so hard toward him. I guess the free ride is something that is just too difficult to resist. Whoever said there was no free lunch. We also gets Free brekfus, gnome sane?

  24. kenogami

There is no freedom of speech in the US, the UK, France, or most of the countries in the West. Try to publish or hold an opinion that is contrary to our oligarchs’ views of things and see what happens.

It is nauseating and obscene to see the mass murderers and terrorists sponsors Poroshenko, Netanyahu, Obama, Hollande of France, Camoron condemn terrorism while they have been arming and supporting the AQ terrorists in Syria-Irak who have killed at least 100000 Syrians Moslems or Christians. But when the same terrorists killed 12 Europeans, it is a crime.

  25. Colt Browning

    @ e sutton

” Blacks are violent and mostly stupid and lazy. ”

The city has an interesting dynamic here. The violence is amazingly low. I have lived here for more than a decade and although there are many armed robberies I do not recall a single shooting. It is as if the robberies are inside jobs or something, lol. Also drugs are not a large problem compared to most cities this size.It is quite unique.

The schools here are safe, the graduation rate is above average and the performance rate is higher than most would expect. The youth here are well mannered, articulate, and nonthreatening. They are very outspoken against the riots in Ferguson, Missouri. They are very much a people of faith and upbringing.

Cleanliness was a major issue several years ago but that has improved dramatically in the past 6-7 years. As I said, quite unique. There is still much that could be improved upon in the area of cleanliness but it does appear to get better consistently.

Nonpartisan elections of city officials and a well run sheriff’s department that is social, nonthreatening and effective paired with legalized concealed carry ( with proper permits of course) makes for a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere.

It is far from utopia but definitely different than anything I have ever seen anywhere else.

Hell they even threw out their long time democrat congressman this past election.

I’m not certain, but I suspect that 1 church for every 700 people is also a contributing factor.

  26. melponeme_k

“Being a southerner outside of the south is no cake walk.”

I have never seen a southerner being insulted in NYC. Does it happen? It could.

I know that I have been insulted in the south, having lived there, almost as default due to being non-white.

But I’ve also experienced racism in the western states too.

So if you’ve traveled than you know that the US is by majority white. The area you live in, is an anomaly. Just as every major city population is because they offer, or used to offer, more jobs and social benefits. Now that is drying up and we are experiencing vast social and economic cultural collapse.

Minorities, of any color, don’t do well in cultural collapses. This is why frothing race war for black citizens is going to hurt them badly.

  27. emsnews

The key is JOBS. When selling illegal drugs is easier and more profitable than working at jobs, it becomes the main income flow. But since its value lies in it being illegal, you get lots of battles over dealerships and with the police which is very violent.

I want the War on Drugs stopped. I want it all legalized. If someone wishes to be an addict, let them be one.

When people work and OWN HOMES they tend to take care of their property and have good hours not up all night and sleeping all day. The underworld economy rises at sunset and continues all night long making a racket outside.

I lived in the inner city and getting sleep was very difficult.

My favorite night was when a man and woman chose to stand outside my window screaming ‘I’ll kill you dead’ and replying, ‘I’ll kill you deader!’ before killing, the funny part was my black neighbor yelling to them, ‘Will one of you kill the other so I can sleep?’

And then yelling, ‘Oh my god, she killed him!’ I didn’t get much sleep because I had to go outside and deal with this problem. Gets very annoying after a while.

  28. Lois T

My grandfather once said “I don’t care who lives next to me, as long as I don’t know what they’re doing when I’m inside my own home.”

Minorities, of any color, don’t do well in cultural collapses. This is why frothing race war for black citizens is going to hurt them badly. ”

That must be why this city has become such an anomaly. Instead of embracing 19th century philosophies that have, and continue to prove to fail, Our last mayor turned the city toward policies that have proven to provide prosperity. The new mayor might screw it up. I hope not, the city is starting to grow again and slowly but surely new jobs are being created. Sometimes term limits hurt.

  30. emsnews

    Do you live in NYC?

If so, prepare for a repeat of the 1970’s. I am too old to fight all the battles I fought back then to turn the ship around. It was very hard work.

  31. Lou

The key is JOBS. Then go to China. The jobs are there. Blame Clinton.

As far as jobs that Black AMERICANS HAD that kept them in the Middle class or kept them employed [If at Low Pay], the mestizos and other ‘new democrats’ take them.
Cab driver. Service jobs. Maid and Nanny [remember the ‘Colored nanny’? She is Brown now]. Postal employee, well last I checked my PO had 4? ‘born in Asia’ folks working at the counters.
Construction work. Road work. Gardener. etc. Look around and get back to us.

  32. melponeme_k

“The new mayor might screw it up. I hope not, the city is starting to grow again and slowly but surely new jobs are being created. Sometimes term limits hurt.”

He has screwed up. He has screwed the city for the foreseeable future. When the police don’t do their job, when they are harassed for doing their jobs, when policies hamper their job…NYC and other cities of its kind die.

Elaine is right about the 70’s. I was very young but I was in the city during those times. It was bad. It was driving by burning cars and buildings bad. It was don’t ride on the subway unless it is rush hour bad and the streets were filled with roaming gangs filled with underage youngsters.

Did you ever see “The Warriors”? Despite the wacky costumes it wasn’t that far from the truth. New York back then was Mad Max.

All those far left liberals are going to get a real awakening in just a few short years. They are going to experience criminality unleashed right on their front stoop.

And as I’ve stated before, the elite won’t care. They pay for their own private police. The world around their bunkers surrounded by 8 feet thick walls and 50 feet high can go to pot but they won’t care as long as they got theirs. You see it in history and in reality time and time again. Then they get their heads chopped off.

Colt, any reasonable person blames the radical Islamic terrorists and their message of hate. They kill soldiers, police, journalists, women, children, and any other innocent people who get in their way, as they continue to prove.

I wonder if those terrorists were on welfare the same way the Boston bombers were-when they should have actually been deported. I wonder how many visa “overstayers” pose a threat to us currently?

I thought it was great the way the French citizens (and others) got together to honor their dead, their freedom, their culture, and their country.

Maybe we need a 9-11 anniversary march against radical Islam in Washington, DC, bigger than the French rally-although Our leaders wouldn’t show up for that one either.

And melpomene, you are so right. They don’t care at all, and actually manage to profit (see russia for an example) when there is a meltdown, the best you can do is try and livein a state where you won’t freeze to death- at least that is my plan.

  34. emsnews

There is no freedom in France. If you say anything the socialists have deemed ‘verboten’ they arrest you for thought crimes! This is why the brooha about the publication making fun of Muslims being shot up is so hilariously misplaced.

Either France lest everyone have free speech or stop the lies. We, at least, don’t have to fear saying the wrong thing…WAIT! iN the news every day are stories about people losing their jobs for saying the wrong thing online!

    There is zero free speech.

  35. Colt Browning

    @ emsnews

Right speak, wrong speak, thought crime…quite Orwellian is it not.

    @ Floridasandy

    I agree.

The thing about the far left is that Muhammed’s caliphate is their “social justice” model. So do not expect them to allow the extremists to be held responsible for their actions.

Muhammed, More, Marx, Shaw, they were to kind, too enlightened, to intelligent, and too practical to be wrong so the blame has to be shifted somewhere else. The Jews, rich,US must be the culprits because “social justice” is a flawless philosophy in their eyes.

The libertarian philosophies that came from the late 18th century launched mankind from into the industrial age.

The industrial revolution presented unforeseeable problems that opened the door for the implementation of progressive philosophies from the 19th century that have proven to fail.

Of course the solution to the far left is to move further to the left. More deficit spending, more entitlement spending or “social justice”, more censorship, persecution for wrong speak ( PC is mind control ), more propaganda to control the narrative, more rules, more laws, more imprisonment, etc, are necessary to implement these “flawless” philosophies.

The persistence to pursue philosophies that continue to prove to fail is insanity.

Returning to libertarian principles that have proven to be effective is sanity.

  36. emsnews

The right wing does deficit spending to the hilt, too.

The looting of empires by the rulers of empires is so old, it baffles the mind to see when it began. It seems hard wired into human brains.

  37. Petruchio

@Colt #36: “Of course the solution to the far left is to move further to the left. More deficit spending, more entitlement spending…” What color is the atmosphere where you live? WHO an/or WHAT is this ‘far left’ that you constantly bleat about? Name some names. Who are these inhabitants of ‘the far left’? To me it is crystal clear you can not possibly be talking about what goes on in the ruling class HQ of Washington DC. Finally, there is this quote from you: “Returning to libertarian principles that have proven to be effective is sanity.”. OK, name ONE of these principles you think are so wonderful. You are vague about these principles of which you seem to think are so wonderful. Well, let’s hear them. I’m waiting….

  38. emsnews

NO nation wants libertarianism. It would end instantly in an uprising. ALL people of the lower and middle classes want some sort of socialism. Period.

Geeze, even the Nazis were socialists! They just wanted LIMITED socialism, not for everyone but only for the ‘master race’.

This is what Israeli Jews want, too.

The fantasy that people want no social safety net is silly and ends usually when one needs Social Security help like AYN RAND. The silly old broad.

  39. CK

Actually the Nazis wanted National workers Socialism, they got it; they still have it but the name has been modernized.
“Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei” = The National Socialist German Workers party = Nazi is so much easier to say and write.

Someone asked what are the precepts of libertarianism that are sane:
The first rule of libertarianism is: No first use of aggression.

The second rule is: always respond to aggression. Libertarians are not Quakers, not pacifists; mostly they are for non-interference into others affairs and manners until others interfere on them.

If you are going to talk about libertarianism it helps to know a bit about it; likewise if one wishes to smear an author it helps to have read that author; unless you prefer to have others do your thinking for you.

No nation wants freedom for its subjects, no government wants its subjects to be happy, productive free of fear or secure. When a subject is happy, productive, fearless and secure; what need does that subject have of a government trying to tell him what to do, how to spend, where to speak?

Bismark began social security in Germany in 1889 prior, to that there were no government safety nets. The USA called it social insurance and starter its version in 1935. So for about 500 years on this continent and 2500 years on the European continent there was no government enforced safety net.

As with all taxation, social security is not optional, you pay or you serve time making small rocks out of big one. With social security theft, at least you get a little something back when you get old. So Ms. Rand got a bit of the theft returned to her as each of us who lives long enough will get back a smidgen of the money stolen from us. It does not make the theft moral because the thieves return some of the money 50 years later. What social security did do was discourage saving by implying that it would take care of you.

Social Security was never a savings account it was and is a Ponzi. New entrants in the tax pool pay the old entrants who are collecting. As long as more new entrants than current collectors enter the pool, the payments will continue; when the USA version of SS started in 1935, there were hundreds being taxed to support each collector, the current projection is that around 2025 there will be 1 payer for every collector. The system falls apart at that time. There will not be enough undocumenteds working for market wages to keep the system going.

I disagree with EMS that all folks want something for nothing, that all folks want to be parasites. But I am a cockeyed optimist aren’t I?

    ΩΩΩ

ELAINE: For some odd reason, your posting deleted all the paragraphs which show up in the ‘edit’ function so I fixed that.

National socialism is VERY popular with the working classes nearly universally. International free trade is highly unpopular except when the workers are bribed some way like getting cheap TVs for a while but it fades as wages fall.

Libertarianism is popular with the bourgeoisie. That is, the small business people, the technocrat workers, people with secure, mostly service type jobs, NOT MANUFACTURING.

I am a protectionist economic conservative and social liberal who wants total civil rights for all gays, women, blacks, whites, religious freedom, etc. Which is why I attack both the left and the right. I am horrified by the left when it went off the rails with the ‘hate all humans/we are roasting to death while it is below zero outside’ lunacy.

  40. Floridasandy

    Some nice posts here.
Parasitism is encouraged and rewarded—look at the jackass ‘diversity lottery” and “anchor baby” rules. Remember that dopey diaper baby man who said he would kill himself before he was forced to grow up and work? He got rewarded with welfare.
You cannot have blanket social welfare and open borders, not to mention the incredible dangers to the citizens. Most people want to be able to find rewarding work and get paid a decent salary—which can’t happen with open borders and now obamacare. Right now our feckless leader is trying to appropriate more money for homeland security AT THE SAME TIME that he is pushing for blanket amnesty.
    That is insanity, of course.
The French citizens have paid a high price for open borders, as have we here, particularly NYC and Boston. When visas expire, go home.

    What CK said.

Plus, Bush, Bush. Clinton, Carter, Ford, Nixon, Johnson, Roosevelt, and of course….the grand prize winner….the nationalized Jim Crow man himself…..Woodrow Wilson.

Elaine, the Libertarians know that the proper transformation would require some weaning….we are not murderers like Stalin.

Once you get a bird out of it’s cage it realizes the potential that true freedom has to offer and forgets about that cage that provided it with safety and security. Buy a bird and find out for yourself.

Mark my words….The Libertarians are coming….most of us are recovering liberals so you better be prepared for real change that will benefit all Americans.

The elites will go bankrupt, at least in relation to their stature that they enjoy now.

Ignorance is not a viable argument. Bill O’Reilly does that frequently but he can not help it because he is a Baby Boomer too.

  42. emsnews

The ‘weaning’ is a race/religious war wherein the fighters want ‘government/land/national’ goodies try to eliminate each other violently.

We see this in the Ukraine where it is mostly nearly 99% kept out of view by US media owners.

  43. Christian W

I’m sorry but Colt Browning’s ramblings show me that a lot of Americans have dissociated completely. Up is down and right is left.

The US has ALWAYS been run by Oligarchs, this was true a hundred years ago and this is true today. And if Libertarianism ever comes into prominence through some kind of cultural revolution, it will be run by Oligarchs too, unless the new kind of Libertarians subscribe to some collective idea of equality (ie Marxism or Liberalism)…

CK was talking about the right to self protection and how aggression is prohibited as Libertarian ideals, that may be so, but they are without a doubt enshrined as Liberal ideals – just look at the UN Charter that forbids wars of aggression, permits war only as a last resort in defence and prohibits regime change in foreign nations. All three of which are the current modus operandi of the rogue empire that is the US.

  44. emsnews

Correct, words are easy to say but hard to do.

Furthermore, it is best to look to history for clues as to how the world operates and how things work in reality. Power is muscle force! We are compelled to do things.

Note how in Ferguson, the elites ordered the police and military to stand down and let the rioters run wild. This was done for several reasons: the Democrats had to appease black voters who are their remaining solid base and the rich figured this would be a sharp lesson to the lower classes who is more dangerous, the police or the rioters?

Obviously, the rioters and the US voters then went to the polls and voted very heavily for the Republicans!

History is clear: we know that riots destroy black power, not expand it.

This is but one of an infinite number of examples of how we have to look at history to see what happens next.

  45. Lou

‘The silly old broad.’. Actually she was a Russian Jew.

I see them [Russian Jews] near the Pacific, in their nice, new, gov subsidized housing. As a city worker said w disgust, ‘they pay 300 for rent, have to the grave gov benefits as ‘refugees’ and Mercedes w ‘handicapped parking’ stickers.’
    refugees.

  46. CK

    @EMS
I have no idea how my post could have deleted anything in the contents of the edit function. My apologies for causing you unnecessary work.
@Colt: I have to disagree with you also, the libertarians are not coming, the world has way too many sociopaths and psychopaths for libertarianism to succeed. Murray Rothbard knew that, Ludwig van Mises understood that also. Ayn Rand was not a libertarian, mostly she was a statist when it came to the USA interfering with other nations, she especially approved of anything that the USA did that would harm the USSR.
@Christian: All states eventually find a way to prevent their subjects from being able to defend themselves against their governing elites. The gun control laws from Nazi Germany are available online. They are the model for gun control laws in every nation including the USA. Self defense implies that you have a right to your self and your self’s preservation. Subjects do not have those rights.
@EMS: Ever since the 64 civil rights acts were enacted, the black man has been treated as an intractable and slightly retarded child by the governments of the USA. As that NY senator suggested “benign neglect” of the civil rights issues was not followed.
I see that Selma ( the movie ) is being nominated for an Academy Award; which is a shame since a much better and much more uplifting movie about the black experience in the USA “Get On Up” was completely ignored. But unfortunately James Brown was a self made multi millionaire and a creative genius and as such not a fit role model to present to the current ideation of blackness in the USA. ( Get On Up is now available as a rental on Verizon Fios and most other cable networks; worth the $5 or $6 for an evenings entertainment and for a fantastic acting job worthy of an academy nomination for Chadwick Boseman.
@Lou: Yes she was. I have a funny fact to close this post: ” Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn’s” last significant work “200 Years Together”, first published in 2002, has yet to be translated into English. Funny thing that considering that when Aleksandr was writing samizdat about how awful Stalinism and the Soviet Gulag were he was an American Idol.

  47. CK

Elaine, you have often stated your belief that mercantilism, protective tariffs, and strong industrial labour unions are necessities for a strong nation.
What then is your stand on unlimited immigration of third world nationals to do the jobs “that Americans supposedly won’t do.”?
Only northern European based nations seem to draw the incredible outpouring on desire to live within those nations. One does not see huge surges of immigration into Venezuela or Brazil, China ( which doesn’t allow it), South Africa, Zimbabwe, Algeria, Egypt, Japan, Vietnam, India or Pakistan. But if you are Australia, Canada, The USA, New Zealand, Great Britain, France, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Norway, any white Christian northern European society the hordes are there at your borders and within your borders.
Is it as Lou suggested the welfare for all parasites that encourages increased parasitism/immigration?
