Gary, Indiana, is a dying industrial giant city just like Detroit and Camden, NJ. These cities were killed by global free trade. The price we paid for cheap foreign goods including cheaper cars, is the annihilation of most of our first world industries. In any world war situation, we are toast since we import much of what we use and if we are fighting China, they have the industrial base and we do not.
Which makes the Bilderberg scheme of free trade so insane as well as treasonous. The trade deficit is treason, too. Proof is easy to discover: the news media never mentions the trade deficit unlike in my childhood when it was mentioned every quarter. And no one has the slightest solution to this problem. The way they ‘cut costs’ is to reduce wages, hire illegal aliens, move work offshore even more, etc. This has destroyed our industrial base almost beyond repair. The gulf between rich and poor will widen further. Wages will drop and more Americans who are ‘average Joes’ will have no jobs except criminal operations.
Gary won’t see much looting this summer. The looters will concentrate on destroying cities that still have businesses and economic activity. New York City will probably be hammered again like in the 1970’s. Gary’s downtown is deserted.
Most of our dying cities are filling up with blacks who migrate there for the cheaper housing and the welfare benefits. I have seen this happen in other places, it is a common life choice made by people who have no hope of any jobs, anyways.
The demoralization of the black community in the ‘cities’ which are actually death traps, will continue and the downward spiral destroying black families will suck in more people who can’t cope with the many social forces creating this situation.
As per usual, the arson/looting attempts hammering various cities are usually based on either lies or lack of information about black multiple-arrested people and the cops. This is not impossible. It happens quite easily. There is even video proof of this, in the example here, one I have known for a while, a very drunk young white lady gets hysterical with a cop who isn’t harming her in any way, shape or form but is taking her into custody to PROTECT HER because she is very dangerously drunk:

She ended up nearly dead thanks to her own actions. I was in the emergency room very recently and the cops in Troy, NY, brought in a foul mouthed, vicious drunk. He screamed and yelled at everyone but he was entirely strapped down in a stretcher with a bag over his head because he was spitting and trying to bite everyone.
Some places like where I live try very hard to prevent drunks and criminals from harming themselves. This is NOT acknowledged by anti-cop radicals. Black civil rights leaders don’t deal with this, either. The black drunk male I witnessed, I bet, went home later and told everyone that the cops were cruel to him and he was a victim who was denied his right to run around drunk.
Baltimore mayor ‘told police to STAND DOWN during riots’ has been revealed. This happened to me, in 1977. The city was burning, looters were raging about, stealing everything and smashing windows. I installed lexan windows to stop bullets and rioters afterwards.
The mayor boasted on TV that no cops showed up to ‘harm the people’. He let the city burn! I was furious. Back then, we had the right to appear on the news at request to make a statement about a public statement and I used this all the time so I went on TV in NYC and scolded the mayor for abandoning us to the untender mercies of raging gangs.
After the many lies about Ferguson, a huge number of black students and some of their liberal friends marched around NYC yelling, ‘Kill the cops’ and other charming things. Now, a number of black students are getting failing grades for not attending classes or taking tests and other things. Here is their solution: ‘Black Lives Matter’ Protests Have Black Students With Failing Grades Demanding A Free Pass: here is the petition:
“I would really like to see the normal grading system suspended for this semester and replaced with a no-fail mercy period. Administrators should require professors to exercise complete flexibility in what students are saying they can produce academically.
“Require that every professor listen to what their students are saying and if that means rather than writing a paper students instead meet with their professor to simply discuss in groups their paper topics or if tests are taken collectively with professors there are ways to make sure we are learning what we are supposed to be learning in ways that are not so taxing in times like this.
“Students in this moment should have complete access to alternative modes of learning while we process what’s happening. Basically, no student especially black students and students of color should be failing a class this semester. A ‘C’ should be the lowest grade students can receive this semester. Professors should be required to work with students, who would otherwise be at risk of failing, to create alternate means of accessing knowledge.”
These students want to meet IN A GROUP with their professor to harangue him or her about race and this is going to be their ‘study material’. The professor would have to sit there, surrounded by hostile students demanding passing grades for no work, and smile and tell them their ‘Kill the Cops’ game was a wise political and social activity.
Or else.
Like with the Cultural Revolution in China, the students will go after the professors and get them removed. This won’t help black students at all, they are in college to learn lessons in life. When I was in school, we demonstrated long and hard against the Vietnam War. This didn’t mean we could skip classes.
We did this AFTER classes. When we shut down the campus on special occasions, we still did make up work that met standards, we never asked for passing grades for demonstrating in the streets. Hells bells, we did this on our own! It was our baby we created.

I have to admit to being thoroughly frustrated. I can’t for the life of me understand WHY people are not demanding this loss of jobs STOP! Imho, it doesn’t take an economics genius to figure out that if you transfer jobs to another country, it damages the economy of the country losing the jobs Most every country erects trade barriers of some kind except the US. I guess people really only care about getting a six pack of paper towels for .79 cents cheaper at WalMart. And even then, in many cases, WalMart does NOT have the lowest prices than their competitors in many cases. So there’s that. You would think people would notice their declining living standard and put 2 and 2 together, but I guess not.
It is the joblessness.
This forces armies of people onto welfare and the only way to get welfare is to produce babies that no one needs or wants. The underground economy is thriving.
Drugs, gambling, extortion, thefts: all are quite productive for the unwashed masses to gain some economic traction.

The mistake you and Elaine make is that you still believe the U.S. is a country. It isn’t. It’s a corporation, designed for and catered to the ruling elite. The American citizens (sic) are in fact liabilities to these people. According to the NWO, everyone is a citizen of the world, so even though you may have been born in America, you have or will have, the same “rights” as the five cent per hour, 80 hour week slave in China. What you see in Gary, Camden, etc. is what the rest of the country will look like inside of about 30 years. The only way for this to change is for the people to DEMAND that it change, and the last time I looked, the citizenry was too engulfed with fascination of their newest iPhone.
Having done undergrad and post grad work in the past, I can readily tell you that writing term papers is an absolute b*tch. You have to do the research, verify sources, cite them, decipher them, internalize them, and spew them back in an intelligent, understandable way. This I did BEFORE the internet, spending many, many hours in the basements of libraries, rifling through dusty journals and sometimes ancient periodicals. And you usually had to beg some old, decrepit biddy for the privilege.
I’ll never forget my very first college class. At precisely 8:05 am, Dr. Klukoff locked the classroom door. Some drowsy-eyed, handsome young man tapped on the glass. The door was opened, and he wandered into the class, and had the temerity to call the prof by his first name. After hearing a pin drop, the prof chomped on his pipe, looked at the young man, who probably was up till the wee hours the night before partying his ass off, what exactly made him think they were both on a first name basis. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen the exact same shade of red that young man’s face turned as we all bit our lips to stifle any forthcoming laughter. My how times have changed.
Yup. I went to the university way back in 1967 when only 16 years old. Yes, we were all terrors.
And the police would beat the snot out of us, too. Shot some students at Kent State, too.
It was fun having the FBI visit my dorm room.
And yes, the professors back then had real power and would really kick our asses to the curb if we annoyed them.

I seem to remember Gary Indiana being the “murder capital” of the country, after my dear Detroit gave up the title. They must have banned the term “murder capital” in the press, you don’t see it anymore. Anyway, after thinking about it , I believe (and it’s been said here by many posters) that the whole endless racial divide is a manufactured diversion to keep us “consumers” fighting between ourselves while the corporations pluck the last remaining feathers off of the former USA. Unfortunately, all the hard won gains of the labor movement have been eroded to the point where no one even remembers them. Private sector unions, once the great bastion of middle class economic security, have been “disappeared”.
Oh and of course while Baltimore is having a race riot, Obama’s reps are is in Tokyo doing another wonderful trade deal. I’m sure this is a reaction to the Russia /china trade pacts , as in “See, we can do it too, so there Putin!”

I have noticed that there is a significant need for police intervention at WalMarts. MUCH more than in areas surrounding WalMarts. I used to work near the local WalMart which is smack dab in the middle of Yuppieville, USA. This WalMart is NOT by ANY means in a high crime area, but on numerous times I have seen the law enforcement helicopter circling overhead of the WalMart. You will also see Police vehicles parked outside the entrance to this WalMart. I almost never visit this WalMart, but I do travel past it regularly. Of course, this police activity has to be paid for by the taxpayer; it’s like a subsidy to WalMart. Also, WalMart has a nasty habit of closing up shop as soon as their tax breaks end and moving somewhere else.
That “petition” reads like it was written by an eighth-grader. One that flunked English class, no less.

This is tragic. And our jobs are in Asia and people from overseas are brought here to take high tech, doctor jobs, teaching jobs, etc. The excuse is, there are no Americans who can do any of this. Meanwhile, our children rack up huge debts going to college only to be replaced by foreign labor in high intellectual jobs.
Both ends, the middle class and the lumpen proletariate class are being shafted here.
