There is now a big green area on the MIDDLE of the Oroville Dam face front.  There are also ‘water drain channels’ below the ‘green area’.  This means water is running down from the middle, not rain water but water when the rest of the dam is not seeing runoff.  ‘Differential settlement’ due to foundation shifting in this earthquake prone state.  This is a real danger, if it gives way suddenly, virtually no one has more than an hour or less to run for their lives.
