UA hires new VP of diversity and inclusion – Alabama copies all the other schools by hiring Commissars to crush white/Asian males.

 

Google, like You Tube and Twitter and other computer operations now being run at the top by extreme leftists, are all going down the tube rapidly as they try to enforce leftist California-style politics on everything under the sun.  This ham-fisted hammering of the First Amendment rights of users is causing the internet to implode.  Google just hired a ‘diversity’ officer who is the new Commissar for Correct Thinking and it is a radicalized female who wants to reproduce in Google what is destroying our educational systems so thoroughly.  Here is the internal debate about this new Commissar who has life and death powers over all employees:

Only a handful of people saw this screed.  Her ‘important work’ is to hound white/Asian males and make their lives totally hellish.  She came over from Intel, after making certain it would be as dysfunctional as possible.  Her goal was to ‘retain’ minorities and women and she did but the other hated groups began leaving in greater numbers not that she cared.  It is all about SJW power, not functionality.

I’m Danielle, Google’s brand new VP of Diversity, Integrity & Governance. I started just a couple of weeks ago, and I had hoped to take another week or so to get the lay of the land before introducing myself to you all. But given the heated debate we’ve seen over the past few days, I feel compelled to say a few words.

 

There was this ‘heated debate’ because it was obvious to all the high-IQ programmers that they had a dire enemy entering the workplace who is very nasty, ideological and cruel.  Danielle the Doofus has decided to go on the attack and make it clear, all must bow to her or else they will be mercilessly hounded by howling females who are illogical and often, not very smart.

 

Many of you have read an internal document shared by someone in our engineering organization, expressing views on the natural abilities and characteristics of different genders, as well as whether one can speak freely of these things at Google. And like many of you, I found that it advanced incorrect assumptions about gender. I’m not going to link to it here as it’s not a viewpoint that I or this company endorses, promotes or encourages.

 

She is not open to negotiations.  She is issuing a warning that her entire position is about crushing white and Asian males and putting them in their place and promoting ineffectual, lower IQ females and others of the protected classes who will then lord it over the men who do the actual coding work.

 

Diversity and inclusion are a fundamental part of our values and the culture we continue to cultivate. We are unequivocal in our belief that diversity and inclusion are critical to our success as a company, and we’ll continue to stand for that and be committed to it for the long haul. As Ari Balogh said in his internal G+ post, “Building an open, inclusive environment is core to who we are, and the right thing to do. ‘Nuff said. “

 

HAHAHA…the end result of the revolution that has taken US universities and dumbed it all down to the cellar and which is now all about exploiting fairly low IQ students and reaming them out financially.  This female obviously was hired to do some very dirty work to ‘put those male/Asian coders in their place, so there.’  That is, drop their wages and increase their workload and forbid them to rise out of their crushing hard work positions while ‘minorities’ (sic) sail merrily to higher and higher positions based on skin color or being female.

 

I will note here that the ones who move upwards in the greatest numbers are the females who outnumber males in the general population and thus, are not a minority at all.

 

Here is the document issued by a male computer programmer which he sent to all the employees after the men had an internal meeting and decided, with the new hire of a Vice President of Diversity, Integrity and Governance, that they better explain patiently why this is very bad for them and why they are now worried as I will point out, they better be extremely worried.

 

It looks like Google has decided to go full-SJW radical leftist lunacy.  And these females hate men who are more proficient and have much higher IQs.  She won’t rest until they are thoroughly trashed, crushed and terrified of making even the smallest suggestions or explain why Google needs smart male coders.

 

I never did coding but when going to the university, I made my money to support myself working for a computer chip designer and so had an inside view of the development of the microchip, etc.  We did have a woman who did great computer design systems work and she was very high IQ.  Otherwise, it was all men and myself.

 

Now here is the coder who bravely went forth to explain reality to a maniacal SJW female who breaths fire and eats men for breakfast, spitting out the bones after ripping them apart:

 

Suggestions

I hope it’s clear that I’m not saying that diversity is bad, that Google or society is 100% fair, that we shouldn’t try to correct for existing biases, or that minorities have the same experience of those in the majority. My larger point is that we have an intolerance for ideas and evidence that don’t fit a certain ideology. I’m also not saying that we should restrict people to certain gender roles; I’m advocating for quite the opposite: treat people as individuals, not as just another member of their group (tribalism).

 

The entire document is at the above link.  It is a serious document with lots of careful wording, I will note that the writer of this document bent over backwards to pet, reassure and agree as much as possible with the lunatic SJW new Commissar of Correct Thinking.  This is akin to throwing pearls to swine, of course. She stomped on the pearls and squealed with increased rage.

 

My concrete suggestions are to:

De-moralize diversity.

  • As soon as we start to moralize an issue, we stop thinking about it in terms of costs and benefits, dismiss anyone that disagrees as immoral, and harshly punish those we see as villains to protect the “victims.”

 

HAHAHA.  And this sentence is like waving a red cape at an enraged bull.  The ‘costs and benefits’ this coder is referring to is, ‘You better not persecute men and Asian workers or we will leave and the replacements will be crummy.’

 

Of course, Danielle sees red when anyone dares to question her core ideology which is…crush all people who are to the right of Madame Mao.  These lunatics really think Madame Mao was a hero and not an insane bitch from hell.

 

  • Stop alienating conservatives.
  • Viewpoint diversity is arguably the most important type of diversity and political orientation is one of the most fundamental and significant ways in which people view things differently.
  • In highly progressive environments, conservatives are a minority that feel like they need to stay in the closet to avoid open hostility. We should empower those with different ideologies to be able to express themselves.
  • Alienating conservatives is both non-inclusive and generally bad business because conservatives tend to be higher in conscientiousness, which is require for much of the drudgery and maintenance work characteristic of a mature company.  

 

In other words, as I pointed out before, these men do all the heavy intellectual, often boring work that keeps Google functioning.  This female Commissar doesn’t care.  She will deliberately and cheerfully work them all to death while they are denied pay raises or promotions or anything.  And she will force them to work with people who hate this work and were hired only due to sex or race and who will be a millstone around the necks of the functional people who will have to put up with double the labor to make up for the weak, ineffectual or actively destructive race/sex hires.

 

  • Confront Google’s biases.
  • I’ve mostly concentrated on how our biases cloud our thinking about diversity and inclusion, but our moral biases are farther reaching than that.
  • I would start by breaking down Googlegeist scores by political orientation and personality to give a fuller picture into how our biases are affecting our culture.

 

This is a warning to Google.  The programmer is talking about how the white/Asian males will be very demoralized by being ruled by harridans who are vicious, in your face nasty bitches.

 

  • Stop restricting programs and classes to certain genders or races.

 

ALL our schools do this now.  The discrimination is rising rapidly with women and races demanding they get more and more privileges and be given more goodies, higher pay, etc. while they screw around and whine about everything under the sun.

 

  • Have an open and honest discussion about the costs and benefits of our diversity programs.

  • Discriminating just to increase the representation of women in tech is as misguided and biased as mandating increases for women’s representation in the homeless, work-related and violent deaths, prisons, and school dropouts.
  • There’s currently very little transparency into the extend of our diversity programs which keeps it immune to criticism from those outside its ideological echo chamber.
  • These programs are highly politicized which further alienates non-progressives.
  • I realize that some of our programs may be precautions against government accusations of discrimination, but that can easily backfire since they incentivize illegal discrimination.

 

And…this is the New World Order in a nutshell.  The Real Rulers hate competent male workers. They are troublesome. They want females and lower IQ males under their thumb.  They will even be willing to destroy much of the planet in a massive nuclear war than hand over any power to males who are competent.

 

  • De-emphasize empathy.
  • I’ve heard several calls for increased empathy on diversity issues. While I strongly support trying to understand how and why people think the way they do, relying on affective empathy—feeling another’s pain—causes us to focus on anecdotes, favor individuals similar to us, and harbor other irrational and dangerous biases. Being emotionally unengaged helps us better reason about the facts.
  • Our focus on microaggressions and other unintentional transgressions increases our sensitivity, which is not universally positive: sensitivity increases both our tendency to take offense and our self censorship, leading to authoritarian policies. Speaking up without the fear of being harshly judged is central to psychological safety, but these practices can remove that safety by judging unintentional transgressions.
  • Microaggression training incorrectly and dangerously equates speech with violence and isn’t backed by evidence.

 

Alas, all the men will be subjected to harangues and intimidation and demands they grovel while being kicked in the face by lower IQ SJW radicals who are now going to be whipping them mercilessly over the tiniest of things.

 

I worked with men nearly exclusively all my long life and joked with them, commiserated with them and issued orders to them, I had to be aware of their feelings and needs while being a boss, for example.  I was responsible for them and to keep them close and operational, I had to be sensitive to how they operate, think and how best to proceed with leading them…and the tool I loved using the most was to have them give tons of feedback and praise them for this and try out other people’s ideas, etc.

 

We did very well this way.  Showing respect is key here.  This SJW is a contemptuous, vicious, ideological creep who believes in stomping on the ‘enemy’ which is for the most part, the entire workforce that does the actual heavy lifting at Google.

 

Google will disintegrate rapidly if they continue beating up white/Asian males and stomping on them whenever the females/racial minorities want to give vent to their insane rages and howling fury that was infused into their dark souls via years and years of SJW schooling.  And thus, civilizations fall.

 

Kiss Google goodbye.  It is already rapidly deteriorating and is less and less useful for computer users.  Eventually, it will collapse and take down the entire internet with it.  What a sad mess.  Can happen fast, too.

    The “engineer” who wrote this 10 page piece is perhaps the best writer/engineer that I have encountered. Most of my family is trained as engineers, and their education did not stress writing ability. In fact, at the University of Michigan the engineering students are given their own English class so that they will not have to compete in writing/composition skills with liberal arts students.

    This Google underground document could serve as the manifesto for the rebellion against the political correctness taking over the country.

    Coding requires precision and an obsessive amount of concentration. Women are bad at both. If they do have what it takes, their lack of stamina will get them in the end. I agree with Camille Paglia, women lack that obsessive edge. The reason being is that being obsessive with something means children are left to their own devices. Which is why we developed the talents for multi-tasking.

    Oddly the first programmer was a woman, Ada Lovelace. However she never had children and she died very young.

    Google’s programmers should start shopping their resumes NOW not later. This woman’s first move will be to cull. Upper management will do nothing because most likely they want a cover to pull in more low IQ foreign workers and minorities.

    Meanwhile Ada wrote a program to help her in horse betting. Failed miserably and she owed large debts.

    Google will probably end up like Yahoo.com. Remember, due to military systems thinking design, the Internet is set up to compensate when “nodes” are taken out–

    Perhaps we could look at Google is just simply a “node” that is a delivery system of info that has outlived its usefulness due to diminishing returns in it’s large corporate dinosaur structure.

    The Millennials realize this and will adapt quickly and leave it like a hollow zombie shell, while we still “have the grid”, that is– it’s just when they can’t get over their gadget addictions and when we lose “the grid” and they can’t get to their “smartphones”–

    That worries me more right now.

    That and the dystopic/Philip K. Dick/AI formula/meme American way-of-lifestyle that is probably coming soon in the next decade as I strive to avoid the self-driving delivery trucks in the streets and the various drones in the skies and the unemployed rioting every now and then.

  7. Over time, Google has tinkered with Google maps until it is now nearly useless. THIS HAPPENS! My own service for this site, the coders have tinkered with a perfectly fine system and added all sorts of extremely annoying junk. We are past the ‘good/clean/fast’ business and deep into ‘arcane/broken/crash’ systems.

    Google won’t be another Yahoo. Yahoo tried to focus on being simply a portal not a search engine which limits it’s ad revenue compared to Google’s search engine based ads (they both have email so cancel out). Yahoo never had a home grown search engine choosing to offload to specialists including Google at one point and now Bing.

    Google sought to build AI right from the beginning and realized to do so would require access to giant datasets. Though they’re called an Ad company, really they are an AI company using ad revenue to develop AI. It’s possible that they don’t really need good coders anymore if their AI coding is improving past human coding. So SJW watering down of technical expertise may not be the death knell some believe.

    BTW, Google is introducing an Ad Blocker to Chrome soon (available now in unstable builds), which will allow users to block popups, auto play videos, overlays and sticky ads. Google text ads will be unblocked, naturally. It’s a monopolistic move but one most Chrome users will applaud.

    Personally I tend to use Firefox primarily, with Ublock Origin and NoScript.

    Google Earth (the program, not the Maps version) is a really useful and unique tool for mapping. You can set UTM coords and overlay various datasets from Gov and industry. There is nothing really for the average users that compares. ArcGIS is a better tool overall but there’s no free version other than what’s available through various Gov entities in their data portals.

  10. Google earth is degrading more and more starting this year. It is increasingly annoying because I remember when it was more functional.

    This happens with all systems, once people have control, they abuse it. Many an ancient tale explains how this tendency to destroy all systems and wreck all dreams and screw up all plans stretch back in time to the most distant past, before writing was invented.

    Male Contemplation of Gender Differences

    I mowed the lawn today, and after doing so I sat down and had the first cold beer of the day.

    The day was really quite beautiful, and the beer facilitated some deep thinking, as it usually does.

    The wife walked by and asked me what I was doing, and I said “Nothing.” She replied back, “You did that yesterday.” To which I answered, “I wasn’t finished.”

    The reason I say ‘nothing’ instead of saying ‘just thinking’ is because she then would have asked ‘about what ?’

    At that point I would have had to explain, once again, that men are deep thinkers about many various topics, which would then lead to other questions. Which would interrupt my busy day.

    But today I was once again pondering an age old question . . . ‘Is giving birth more painful than getting kicked in the nuts ?’

    Women always maintain that giving birth is way more painful than a guy getting kicked in the nuts, but how could they really ‘know’ ?

    Well, after another cold beer, and some more heavy deductive thinking, I have come up with an answer to that question.

    Getting kicked in the nuts IS more painful than having a baby, and even though I obviously couldn’t really ‘know’ since I have not experienced birthing, there is reason behind my conclusion.

    A year or so after giving birth, a woman will often say, “It might be nice to have another child.” On the other hand, you never hear a guy say, “You know, I think I would like another kick in the nuts.”

    I rest my case.

    Yes, it’s time for another beer, and then maybe a nap in that hammock that I put up just for this very reason. Another example of how men are superior planners, but that dialogue is for another day.
