Google Issues NEW ‘Code Of Conduct’ Which Is Full Of Lies!

On August 7th, due to freaking out over the expose of the Google employee who does coding stuff, Google issued a new, better ‘Code of Conduct’ which says, Google will never do what Google is doing right now, that is, lying, cheating and abusing employees and firing anyone who dares to question what Google is doing!  This doubles down the charges James Damore made, that is, it proves his case!  Worse, it gives other equally abused employees grounds to join in a class action lawsuit against Google’s executives and they will win.  I hope they wake up and do this for Google is sailing off the SJW cliff.  It has become utterly useless as a service this last six months as they try desperately to attack or destroy anyone who isn’t a SJW fanatic.

I have gone over the last year from being mildly irritated with Google to being totally outraged as they keep changing their algorithms to the point, they are nearly useless.  The bias towards ANY issue or subject is just amazing this last month.  They succeeded and rigging up a system that gives only the far left view of any subject, anything!  Wether it be the weather or people getting married, basic statistics on any subject, it turns up wretched and obvious items that don’t match the query at all.


This is deliberate, malicious and stupid all at once.   August 7, Google issued a new ‘Google Code of Conduct’ and every item in this new document proves Damore’s case.  This is how stupid Google is today!  They just issued their own inditement of themselves!  This is very funny.  They are so delusional in their little California bubble, they can’t see that this document will destroy them because they are 100% in violation of it!

“Don’t be evil.” Googlers generally apply those words to how we serve our users. But “Don’t be evil” is much more than that. Yes, it’s about providing our users unbiased access to information, focusing on their needs and giving them the best products and services that we can. But it’s also about doing the right thing more generally – following the law, acting honorably, and treating co-workers with courtesy and respect.


Oh yes, being pure evil is a problem, a legal problem.  Since Google is now quite evil at the top, they are now open to being sued by everyone else.  I wonder if I can sue them for toying with searches and censoring me this way?  They definitely are being sued by staff now.


Zero courtesy or respect is shown to employees.  Instead, it is vicious, cruel and disgusting since they ask employees to tell them stuff they need to know and one of them was brave enough to believe them and do this…only to be summarily fired and then demonized by allies of the clique who run Google.  So the mainstream media faithfully attacked the employee who is the victim.


The Google Code of Conduct is one of the ways we put “Don’t be evil” into practice. It’s built around the recognition that everything we do in connection with our work at Google will be, and should be, measured against the highest possible standards of ethical business conduct. We set the bar that high for practical as well as aspirational reasons: Our commitment to the highest standards helps us hire great people, build great products, and attract loyal users. Trust and mutual respect among employees and users are the foundation of our success, and they are something we need to earn every day.


This paragraph alone is grounds for lawsuits.  They are not hiring ‘great people’ they are hiring goon squads to torment users and other employees.  They have zero respect for users of Google, they are actively attacking, abusing, denying services to people based on political or ideological positions.  This is a near-monopoly and Congress which gets huge bribes from Google, should work on tearing down Google.


So please do read the Code, and follow both its spirit and letter, always bearing in mind that each of us has a personal responsibility to incorporate, and to encourage other Googlers to incorporate, the principles of the Code into our work. And if you have a question or ever think that one of your fellow Googlers or the company as a whole may be falling short of our commitment, don’t be silent. We want – and need – to hear from you.


HAHAHA.  This was issued right after attacking very viciously and personally, an employee who trusted their statements that they want to hear from employees!  More grounds for a lawsuit here.


Who Must Follow Our Code?

We expect all of our employees and Board members to know and follow the Code.Failure to do so can result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment. Moreover, while the Code is specifically written for Google employees and Board members, we expect Google contractors, consultants, and others who may be temporarily assigned to perform work or services for Google to follow the Code in connection with their work for us. Failure of a Google contractor, consultant, or other covered service provider to follow the Code can result in termination of their relationship with Google.


So why haven’t all the staff and the director of Google who attacked an employee who tried to talk to them all about working conditions, resign?  Not one, of course, has resigned.  Instead, they doubled down and made things worse by lying about the employee and defaming him and orchestrating attacks on him!


What If I Have a Code-Related Question or Concern?

If you have a question or concern, don’t just sit there. You can contact your manager, your Human Resources representative, or Ethics & Compliance. You can also submit a question or raise a concern of a suspected violation of our Code or any other Google policy through the Ethics & Compliance Helpline. Finally, if you believe a violation of law has occurred, you can always raise that through the Ethics & Compliance helpline or with a government agency.


The monsters running this fraudulent operation know perfectly well, no one will ever go to anyone in administration to ask any questions or talk about any concerns.  These clowns are so stupid, they don’t even understand how this statement of theirs is now part of a potential lawsuit.


No Retaliation

Google prohibits retaliation against any worker here at Google who reports or participates in an investigation of a possible violation of our Code, policies, or the law. If you believe you are being retaliated against, please contact Ethics & Compliance.


More lies, of course.  And don’t go to the SJWs who infest the ‘Ethics and compliance’ office, these are the same idiots who are systematically destroying some of the world’s top universities and other educational systems, etc.


This army of destructive ‘liberals’ are actually Maoists who want to destroy civilization.  Stopping Google is now a top priority item.  It is necessary.  Google is a near-monoploy that is destroying the internet.  It is a menace to society, it is a fraud.  I despise Google utterly and totally.  Five years ago, their search engines treated my blog properly.  If anyone googled ‘Culture of Life News by Elaine Supkis’ 20 pages of my blog would show up showing all my stories.


Now, it isn’t even the top item!  It comes second or third and only THREE links show up!  The rest of the ‘search’ is pure trash, utterly unrelated to my blog.  This is infuriating.  It is getting worse and worse over time, all people who are not PC are being treated the same way and I feel this is grounds for a class action lawsuit.
