California, Arizona, Italy, England: Warm Places Now Freezing Cold, Snow!

Snow Falls in Rome, and the Eternal City Takes a Holiday – The New York Times reports.

The New York Times is central to the fake ‘global warming’ dogma mess.  So, we had snow several times in the Sahara Desert this last winter and each time it was reported as if this was a once in a century thing except it keeps happening.  Once again, a severe coldwave is crashing over Europe, freezing England, freezing Rome and probably snowing in the Sahara yet again.  All this is a warning that we are in a cold cycle, not ‘global warming’ yet all the US mainstream liberal media continues to howl about ‘global warming’ even as they freeze their bunions in Los Angeles.

A Siberian weather front nicknamed the Beast from the East sent temperatures plunging and brought snow and icy conditions to many European countries in recent days. In Italy, the weather front was dubbed Burian, a play on the name for a gelid wind from the Siberian steppe, and temperatures have dropped well below their seasonal average.

Snow in Rome is rare. It last really fell here in 2012, after a hiatus of nearly 30 years. On Monday, the city awakened under a layer of snow 1.5 to six inches (four to 15 centimeters) deep, depending on the neighborhood.

The 2012 snow storm was a warning that the 30 year warm cycle was over.  This storm proves it.  Just two weeks ago, this was the NYT headline from Europe:

One ‘cold snap’ after another, all winter long.  We had these in the Northeast USA.  Right now, we are in a merciful warm spell thanks to the shift in the cold surges which are now flowing over the Western half of our continent.  As we see in the forecast map below, the next two days will bring snow and cold rain to California, Arizona and New Mexico as well as much of Mexico, too.

YIKES.  This map remins me of the late 1960’s and early 1970’s in Tucson, Arizona.  It was very cold.  I bought old fur coats from Value Village to make into blankets which were wonderfully warm.  It was very, very cold for a desert life.  It snowed periodically, too.  Then I moved to NYC where we had very brutal blizzards and cold weather, even worse.

Well, we are sliding back into a cold cycle as the sun goes quiet.  Below is a satellite photo of the Pacific Ocean clearly showing the present cold wave that is moving southwards towards Hawaii. In two weeks, I am betting the cold surges will return to the Northeast and the silly people in California can resume wailing about global warming again, the little dear monsters they are.

Over here in the tropics, it is hot as hell. Does this tally?

@#2 Lou: you can have some of our snow here in MN. We got pelted with 10-12 inch snowfalls only about 3 days apart.
