Supreme Court Undoes Obama/DNC Changes To SEC Judges

The Federalist Society has been pushing to undo the Obama changes to the SEC (I hit the X key accidentally!).  The changes by Obama started out small and ended up huge because the DNC is now all about undoing laws and destroying civil order.  These changes were challenged in court and the district courts filled with DNC judges turned down the plantiffs but the Supreme Court overwhelmingly with only the two elderly female DNC judges, voted together to undo the Obama era changes to how the laws are enforced.

 

Supreme Court Rules that SEC Judges are Unconstitutional

 

“The Appointments Clause of the Constitution lays out the permissible methods of appointing “Officers of the United States,” a class of government officials distinct from mere employees,” Justice Elena Kagan began for the Court. “This case requires us to decide whether administrative law judges (ALJs) of the Securities and Exchange Commission … qualify as such ‘Officers.’”

 

The Appointments Clause of Article II says that top officers of the government must be nominated by the president and confirmed by the Senate, and that Congress can choose by law whether lower-ranking officers are appointed by the president without the Senate, by department heads, or by the courts.

 

“The SEC has statutory authority to enforce the nation’s securities laws. One way it can do so is by instituting an administrative proceeding against an alleged wrongdoer” Kagan continued. “By law, the Commission may itself preside over such a proceeding. But the Commission also may, and typically does, delegate that task to an ALJ.”

 

“An ALJ assigned to hear an SEC enforcement action has extensive powers,” such as gathering evidence, issuing subpoenas, examining witnesses, and imposing sanctions, she added. “As that list suggests, an SEC ALJ exercises authority comparable to that of a federal district judge conducting a bench trial.”

 

“The Commission can then review the ALJ’s decision,” Kagan explained. If it does not, then the “decision is deemed the action of the Commission.” The Court held that these powers clearly qualify ALJs as officers of the United States.

 

Seemingly obscure rules and proceedures can have huge effects on society.  The changes to proceedures by SJW lawyers working for the DNC ended up making the work of this agency nearly impossible.

 

The DNC also wanted DNC Presidents to have total dictorial powers…Obama used his powers constantly to do run arounds of Congress so he could basically do as he pleased.  Now, the DNC wants to restrict Presidential powers and as they lost power, they tried hard to sabotage systems so Trump would be unable to do anything.

 

This included conspiring with mainstream media to lie about many things and do constant character attacks on anyone and everyone who Trump chose for his administration.  This included spectacular conspiracies to frame his choices like Flynn who was falsely accused of conspiring with Putin.

 

Note how the ‘Russia/Trump conspiracy’ nonsense has vanished from the mainstream fake news.  Trump is now wildly popular and only 1/3 of the nation wants him gone and on the topic of illegal aliens, this last week’s propaganda regime to push hard for more illegal aliens and crushing citizens has failed.  Trump’s push to stop invaders has even more support now.

The DNC is desperate.  Even as Mexican flag waving aliens celebrate in California, this seals the deal with citizens voting for Trump.  The DNC Senate candidate who is being nasty in Tcxas in support of invaders is arrested and he will be proud about this.  I say, deport him to Mexico as a foreign agent.

 

Look, I was deported from Germany!  I thought it was very funny, back then.  All this hysteria about deporting foreign troublemakers is funny, too. me, today.  How insane is all this?  Very insane.

 

So, the majority of citizens want to continue the deportations and build a wall to keep out illegal alien criminals.  Good.  The fact that the DNC has to openly side with non-citizens is a sign that this party is on the verge of internal collapse.

 

The fact that the far left is openly attacking our border protections is alarming citizens and I don’t see the left recovering from this dogma.  In Europe, the left is rapidly collapsing now.

 

Today, Italy orders seven boats with 1,000 migrants on board to go to Libya.  The flood of aliens who are being ferried to Italy is being totally terminated by the new government which is now wildly popular in Italy.

 

Proactiva Open Arms, which has rescued thousands of migrants in the Mediterranean, said the Italians want the Libyan coast guard to conduct the rescues and return the migrants.

 

Proactiva said in a tweet that Italian coast guard authorities who coordinate rescues sent out advisories to all ships in the area but told the aid group: ‘We don’t need your help.’

 

In a tweet on Sunday, hard-line interior minister Matteo Salvini said: ‘It’s right that the Libyan authorities intervene, as they’ve been doing for days, without having the NGOs interrupt them and disturb them.’

 

Italy is making a deal with Libya to stop the illegal alien invasion.  The NGOs run by Soros are trying to evade both the Italian navy and the Libyans so they can continue to sneak illegal aliens into Europe.

 

Eventually, the navies of NATO nations will have to shoot and sink these stupid boats being used to destroy Europe internally by planting hostile aliens inside Europe.

 

Just like I can shoot and kill anyone invading my home: countries have the right of self-defense.  The EU citizens were fooled into thinking, erasing internal borders would mean all would be protected jointly on the outside.

 

But the Bilderberg gang had different plans and they enabled and encouraged leftists to host an invasion of illegal aliens.  This increased crime considerably, it lowered wages of workingclass citizens due to cheaper labor, and it gave political power to the Real Rulers who hate citizens who have a different view about what governments should be doing.

 

This war of citizens versus international criminals has just begun.  I predict the citizens will, in the bitter end, win.
