Backlash Begins: DOJ charged former White House Counsel Greg Craig with two counts of making false statements

On Thursday DOJ charged former White House Counsel Greg Craig with two counts of making false statements regarding his connections to former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.  The Game of Thrones scheme to host a coup in Ukraine and then attack Putin belly flopped badly on the DNC and mainstream Bilderberg media. So they blamed Trump for being a Russian agent and that, too, belly flopped.  Now, these gangsters face serious charges and I hope all of them go to prison for conspiring against the American People.

The Gateway Pundit laughs at the NY Times because the Times finally reported ‘news’ that Gateway alread reported a year ago!   So this big new-news is really old news the Times refused to report up until today.

In May of 2018 TGP reported that Halper was identified as the spy working for the Obama Administration to entrap candidate Trump team members –Today, finally, the silly geese at the NY Times reported news that TGP featured a YEAR ago that Mr. Horowitz’s investigators have been asking questions about the role of Stefan A. Halper, another F.B.I. informant, and his prior work for the bureau.

Agents involved in the Russia investigation asked Mr. Halper, an American academic who teaches in Britain, to gather information on Mr. Page and George Papadopoulos, another former Trump campaign foreign policy adviser.

Funny how this story isn’t anywhere on the NYT front page.

While many legal scholars believe that prosecuting reporters for doing their jobs would violate the First Amendment, the prospect has never been tested in court because the government has never charged a journalist under that law. The rumblings about prosecuting Mr. Assange raised the possibility that prosecutors could violate that norm and try to establish that publishing government secrets can be a crime.

There is, of course, no mention that the entire alternative media run by conservatives has covered this story extensively a year ago.  The NYT is pretending they, alone, figured out this obvious news.  Now, suddenly they are pretending to be puzzled by Assange.

And it quotes a purported exchange midway through Ms. Manning’s leaks in which she wrote, “After this upload, that’s all I really have got left,” but Mr. Assange replied, “Curious eyes never run dry in my experience.” Several weeks later, according to the indictment, Ms. Manning copied and sent WikiLeaks the diplomatic cables.

The sole reason the US government is now charging Assange with murky charges is, supposedly he talked to Manning about cracking the code to hack Pentagon systems but failed.  It isn’t that Assange did this, it is that he talked about this.  Also, there is zero ‘Russian involvement’ even with this business.  The entire ‘Russian collusion’ thing has been a roast turkey at every level.

The real investigation remains this: the conspiracy between the DNC, foreign entities in Britain and the Bilderberg gang media foisted utter, total lies cooked up by spooks to overturn a legal election.  This attempted coup has failed over and over again and now the NY Times is pretending there wasn’t any coup, nope.  It was all just a jolly mess and they, themselves, didn’t lead the coup.  Nor will they ever reveal that this was plotted at a series of secret Bilderberg meetings in Europe and outside DC over the last three years.

What is even stupider here is, the NYT brings up the Gucciver 2.0 business as ‘proof’ that Assange interacted with ‘Russian agents’.  This has been debunked in the past yet it crops up again and again as the clowns in Bilderberg media cling to it, desperately.

Even today, after every bit of proof shows this is fake, the DNC continues to peddle the ‘Russian agent’ story about Trump:

Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) said there was “ample evidence” of collusion between President Donald Trump’s campaign and the Russians.

Which is exactly zero.

Schiff said, “What I said on your show and others for over a year now, yes, there’s ample evidence of collusion in plain sight. That’s not proof of a conspiracy beyond a reasonable doubt. I would defer to Bob Mueller’s judgment, and I do. I think what we’re talking about here is the difference between conduct that rises to the level of criminality and conduct that is unethical, unpatriotic and corrupt but may not be criminal.”

HAHAHA.  He talks about ‘unethical’ while admitting nothing illegal happened.  What he is talking about is Trump’s attempts at diplomacy.  The DNC has chucked diplomacy out the window which is why I was totally against Hillary in the first place. Not because of Trump but because she openly gloated about starting WWIII.  That did it for me.  I would do anything to stop that insane woman.

She is no longer roaming the world, conspiring with foreigners.  But Obama, who did this constantly as President, is hard at work, continuing to conspire with aliens about how to destroy America:

Merkel is increasingly unpopular as she destroys Germany.  It is fitting that she is secretly conspiring with Obama to continue destroying Europe.  She is still yapping in public!

Hillary said: ‘I think it is clear from the indictment it’s not about punishing journalism it’s about assisting the hacking of a military computer to steal information from the US government.

‘I’ll wait and see what happens with the charges but he skipped bail in the UK. Sweden had those charges which have been dropped, but the bottom line is he has to answer for what he’s done, at least as it’s been charged’.  The talk was interrupted by one protester who called Bill ‘boring’ and had to be escorted out by security.

The Clintons spoke at length about how to repair democracy in America and both called for the abolition of the electoral college.

That treasonous bitch!  She wants to destroy 200 plus years of democracy due to her inability to win an election!  This is utterly evil and is why I hate her now with a passion.  She wants power, no matter how she can get it and is egging on very stupid young people into killing democracy.

Obama conspires with Merkel to destroy democracy in Germany and USA.

Merkel’s spokesman Steffen Seibert defended the meeting as standard operating procedure and said she has met repeatedly with ex-heads of state and government “with whom she worked together closely and well for a time,” WRAL reportedHe said the meeting has no implications for current German-U.S. relations. Asked whether it was a signal to President Donald Trump, with whom Germany has a sometimes-complicated relationship, Seibert replied: “I would firmly reject that impression.”

And Merkel’s gang are a bunch of blatant liars!  HAHAHA.  Here is the Washington Post with more attacks on Trump:

According to Homeland Security officials and email messages reviewed by The Post, administration officials proposed moving detained immigrants to sanctuary cities at least twice in the past six months.

HAHAHA.  Didn’t these stupid cities demand no controls in illegal immigration??? Why on earth would they whine about this???  They asked for it!  Nope: the DNC wanted to dump these illegals into GOP cities and thus, destroy them.  My home town of Tucson has been overrun with illegal aliens now and is falling to pieces, the schools in particular are now majority Hispanic and majority very bad schools who rank near the bottom in US tests.

The remaining European stock families are fleeing that mess and moving either to nearby towns that have few Hispanics or leaving the city entirely.  Ten times worse, the gangsters and billionaire boss of the WP continue false claims of Trump/Putin collusion!!!  Inside the Russian effort to target Sanders supporters — and help elect Trump.

While much attention has focused on the question of whether the Trump campaign encouraged or conspired with Russia, the effort to target Sanders supporters has been a lesser-noted part of the story. Special counsel Robert S. Mueller III, in a case filed last year against 13 Russians accused of interfering in the U.S. presidential campaign, said workers at a St. Petersburg facility called the Internet Research Agency were instructed to write social media posts in opposition to Clinton but “to support Bernie Sanders and then-candidate Donald Trump.”

All of which has zero proof anyone in the US at all had anything to do with this and it is obvious to anyone with any brains that the ‘Russian efforts’ (sic) were a dud and few people even saw any of this and I read Russian news every day, I have done this all my life because I like to see what other people are doing and support for Trump appeared nearly nowhere during the election.

Yapping about ‘disinformation campaigns’ coming from the biggest ‘misinformation’ machine on earth, the Washington Post, is disingenuous if clumsy.  They can’t stop doing this.  They are beating this dead donkey to death, stripped it of all flesh and now it is bones.  They can’t stop doing this for they are criminals conspiring to destroy this nation which is why all these clowns in Bilderberg media talk endlessly about killing the Constitution and its pesky amendments giving us basic rights.

They’ll throw some minor functionaries under the bus to satisfy the ravening mob. The Clintons will sail away untouched.

(note: as far as the Clintons are concerned, even, say, Comey is a minor functionary)

“The sole reason the US government is now charging Assange with murky charges is, supposedly he talked to Manning about cracking the code to hack Pentagon systems but failed.”

What is concerning is that the indictment is broader than that assertion because, although not in the caption, it appears to charge him with conspiracy to commit a violation of 18 USC 793(c) and (e):

“(c)Whoever, for the purpose aforesaid, receives or obtains or agrees or attempts to receive or obtain from any person, or from any source whatever, any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, or note, of anything connected with the national defense, knowing or having reason to believe, at the time he receives or obtains, or agrees or attempts to receive or obtain it, that it has been or will be obtained, taken, made, or disposed of by any person contrary to the provisions of this chapter

    . . .

(e)Whoever having unauthorized possession of, access to, or control over any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, or note relating to the national defense, or information relating to the national defense which information the possessor has reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation, willfully communicates, delivers, transmits or causes to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted, or attempts to communicate, deliver, transmit or cause to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted the same to any person not entitled to receive it, or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it to the officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it . . . . . . Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.”

Those are two ten year felonies.

The indictment is somewhat muddled because it uses the “hacking” as the only referenced acts in furtherance of all the conspiracy charges but does not limit itself. Among other acts referenced elsewhere: “It was part of the conspiracy that Assange encouraged Manning to provide information and records. . . ”

Until now, most reporters have assumed that they had first amendment protection from prosecution under the above two statutes cited in the indictment.

  4. AT

For example, under the governments theory of the case, Greenwald could be charged with ten year felonies for “encouraging” Snowden.

We can hope that eventually as the conviction tortuously wends its way up the appeals process to the supreme court that judges will carve out a distinction between reporters protected by the first amendment, and reporters that cross the line into other unprotected criminal conduct. But even that will take years of journalistic uncertainty.

You have to scroll to the end of paragraph 15B to see 793(c) and 793(e). Although not in the caption, it could be a bad edit or it could be a way to test the waters and then put them back by motion once everything dies down.
