Seventh Circuit Overturns Obama Judge Ruling That Extended Wisconsin’s Election by a Week
Tell the judges time! The DNC isn’t totally stupid, they know that lifetime judges are forever until they die so they are now very frantic about the changes in judges by Trump’s choices of middle of the road judges replacing far leftist activist judges. A typical example of how the DNC operates is their hysteria over Trump choosing judges during an election while at the same time, they change election rules and laws a month before an election so they can legalize cheating!
A federal appeals court on Sunday temporarily halted a six-day extension for counting absentee ballots in Wisconsin’s presidential election, a momentary victory for Republicans and President Donald Trump in the key presidential battleground state.
This was obviously a political move, suddenly deciding to count votes that were dropped off AFTER an election. In no time in US history has this been allowed! If they are mailed, the postmark must show it was mailed before the end of the election.
This meddlesome change the DNC tried to shoehorn into law using a partisan judge is a scandal but then, we are supposed to now be mad, Trump legally didn’t pay high taxes like all his fellow rich people do all the time without batting an eyelash.
As it stands, ballots will now be due by 8 p.m. on Election Day. A lower court judge had sided with Democrats and their allies to extend the deadline until Nov. 9. Democrats sought more time as a way to help deal with an expected historic high number of absentee ballots.
These should have time stamps on them. They won’t, of course.
That ends the argument unless the Supreme Court reinstates the lawless policy imposed in defiance of state law by a single federal judge.
The Democrats are still whining about Ginsberg croaking:
President Trump’s promise to name a woman to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who died on Sept. 18 at 87, was cynical and insulting to the millions of women who view the late Supreme Court justice as a feminist icon.
This opening sentence alone shows insanity. What? Choosing a woman is an insult to a dead female leftist? Should he have chosen a trans woman?
Senator John Barrasso, a Wyoming Republican, praised the decision as a “powerful positive statement” to young women, who would embrace the president’s nominee as a “role model.” The message to women is clear: Nothing to see here, ladies! One of you is as good as any other.
The woman writing this tripe is a ‘woman’, I am guessing from her name and picture though these could be fake…HAHAHA. I know it is hard to tell what sex this person is because there is no such thing as a ‘woman’ or ‘man’ anymore. So, according to this supposed female writer, one ‘lady’ is NOT as good as any other?
What the hell? So, some ladies are better than other ladies. By what sort of scale? Is a woman who might join the court a ‘bad’ lady due to having seven children? Is that too many? How about three kids! Still too many to qualify as a judge? She is also married, is that another no-no?
These females on the left are rapidly going insane.
But Mr. Trump’s pick, Amy Coney Barrett, is no Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
DUH.
Women aren’t gym socks, purchased in bulk so that a replacement can be seamlessly substituted into the rotation when one goes missing in the washing machine.
So, Ms. New York Times Editor thinks women are dirty socks! She sure is filthy. She is also very sexist.
The next Supreme Court justice will cast crucial votes that affect women’s fundamental rights, including the right to control their own bodies and to gain access to affordable health care for themselves and their families.

The fact that President Trump’s nominee is a woman matters less if she does not support the causes at the heart of the long, continuing march for gender equality that Justice Ginsburg championed.
So, different opinions don’t matter. Nor does many things matter. One has to be an iron fisted feminist, period. Should only females that wear pink pussy hats be our judges and juries? Talk about Maoism!
On her deathbed, Justice Ginsburg wrote that her “most fervent wish” was that a new justice would not be installed until after the election. It is a cold calculation by the president, a master misogynist, that the nomination of a woman, in and of itself, would be enough to soften any opposition to the ugliness of a rushed, hypocritical and nakedly political charade. Think again Mr. President: We aren’t stupid.
Now they are saying she wrote those words. She was a judge while on her death bed which was monstrous, she refused to resign due to her impending death. Nope, she clung on desperately so she could impose her will on millions of Americans. How dare she!

The rioters are suing their victims who defended themselves with very violent rioters ran up to them to attack. The anti-ANTIFA groups are blamed for all riots by mainstream media and DNC lunatics. This is nonstop. I hope the anti-ANTIFA people sue Portland’s communist leaders:
PORTLAND, Ore – A lawsuit filed on behalf of four Portlanders hurt during violent protests outside the Justice Center is seeking more than a million dollars in damages.
The Oregon Justice Resource Center is representing the plaintiffs, who all say they were assaulted by members of the Proud Boys group in August.
Anyone viewing the videos of that event can clearly see who was running towards whom and attacking. Always, in every event ever, it is the far greater numbers of ANTIFA/BLM/DNC gangs doing the attacking.
According to the lawsuits, the plaintiffs were not armed and were all attacked with either bear mace, shot with paint ball guns or hurt with an explosive device.
These poor victims, after running away when the defenders struck back, ran off to attack citizens elsewhere and rioted the entire night.
Melissa Lewis says she too was doused in bear mace. Lewis says she was working as a videographer on August 22 in Downtown when she was assaulted.
“It hurt so bad that I just retreated,” she explained. “It [bear mace] ran down my face and down my neck and into my clothes and down my bra and I was just instantly on fire and I could feel it dripping down my ear canal. I was just screaming and howling. It was the kind of thing that crying didn’t even help, it took multiple shots of Fentanyl to calm me down.”
HAHAHA…she admits she ‘ran away’ after running towards them. Then she had a hysteria attack. I hope she retires from rioting but I doubt it.
