Amazon.com Is Evil: Bezos Works Staff To Death For Profits

 

Amazon.com is a crummy corporation.  I had to terminate my connections to them due to people screwing with my interactions there.  I suggest everyone cease using Amazon.com for anything, they are easily hacked.  Now on to their latest death wishes: a new ‘open comprehensive policy for minorities and women’ is going to utterly destroy all creative forces there.  Amazon, owned by one of the richest men on earth, is going communist for all the workers.  This is insane.

 

Here is a list of the things that will be done to guarantee the destruction of Amazon entertainment systems:

 

• Each film or series with a creative team of three or more people in above-the-line roles (Directors, Writers, Producers) should ideally include a minimum 30% women and 30% members of an underrepresented racial/ethnic group. This aspirational goal will increase to 50% by 2024.
• Casting actors whose identity (gender, gender identity, nationality, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability) aligns with the character they will be playing.
• Aiming to include one character from each of the following categories in speaking roles, with minimum 50% of these to be women: LGBTQIA+, person with a disability, and three regionally underrepresented race/ethnic/cultural groups. A single character can fulfill one or more of these identities.
• Seeking at least three bids from vendors or suppliers on productions, one of which must be from a woman-owned business and one from a minority-owned business.
• Pay equity across casting, behind the camera staff and crew, and for vendors and suppliers.

 

So, Amazon is going full communist except for the dictator at the top which is actually how all communist regimes are run.  Many females running public systems are prone to censorship.  Note how YouTube which is now run by a leftist she-wolf, censors like crazy.  No longer censoring ‘kooks’ and ‘sex stuff’ they are censoring citizens discussing medical systems or election equipment, etc.

 

This is absurd and very communist.  The movie quotas being imposed across all systems by radical leftists mostly the female ones, is rapidly destroying all entertainment systems as the audience boycotts these trashy, stupid shows being produced by these Maoist radicals.

 

The types of movies that can be made under this regime’s rules are severely limited.  This reminds me of communist China under Mad Madame Mao: the only shows allowed were…I KID YOU NOT…’The East Is Red.’

Some examples of “structural racism” were provided in the summary of the report, including “legacy descriptions that use racial slurs and harmful language to describe BIPOC communities,” which includes actual racial slurs alongside terms such as “elderly,” “handicapped” and “illegal alien.”

 

These insane Maoists are aiming at eliminating language, itself.  Note how they want to eliminate simple words like ‘elderly’ or ‘handicapped.’  They have already eliminated ‘illegal alien’ which is a descriptive word I use deliberately all the time.

 

Additionally, the report categorized the National Archives’ Rotunda as another example of “structural racism” as it “lauds wealthy White men in the nation’s founding while marginalizing BIPOC [Black, Indigenous and other People of Color], women, and other communities.”

 

All Maoists erase history.  They even erase their own history.  Many an intelligent author have described this in the past in books like the famous ‘1984’ novel.  They seriously churn the past deliberately for no one is to have any understanding of any past actions.

 

The report also called for “trigger warnings” to be put in place with historical content to “forewarn audiences of content that may cause intense physiological and psychological symptoms.”

 

Their goal is for only one emotion: NAKED FEAR like we see in North Korea which is their model government operational example they use for themselves.

Amazon’s Prime Day sale has ended but many delivery drivers are still working extended hours to deliver packages. Before its major annual sale, the internet giant gave drivers tips to “keep in top shape,” and assured them that “endorphins are your friend.”

 

Amazon’s emperor deliberately works people to death.  The quit rate for this hideous organization is extremely high.  They have no breaks at all because the dispatchers keep them moving as fast as possible.

 

Motherboard reports that although Amazon’s signature Prime Day sales event has finished, many of the orders placed during the sale are still being delivered. In the UK, Amazon gave delivery drivers a set of five tips for “keeping in top shape” while delivering Prime Day purchases.

 

I have seen videos of security cameras at people’s homes filming drivers running over lawns, throwing packages to the porches, smashing into cars in haste, etc.  This lunacy has to stop.  The pressure to rush things has to be punished and the criminal here is Bezos, himself.

 

He is a monster, he exploits cheap labor and abuses workers and violates sane laws preventing dangerous working conditions.
