I watched the entire interview, and it was worth it. Thank you Tina. The US is not the greatest country anymore (that is for sure), and it is in decline. This is the sad reality. The reasons for this are obvious to people like you and me; regressive and reactionary forces on the right are not only holding America back, they are taking it backwards! (as pointed out in the interview).
Observing the US from the afar is actually a little bit frightening to be honest. Where is this country heading? I am not really sure if i want to know the answer to that. If it were not for the fact that the US is a major country with over 300 million people that still has a lot of influence on the rest of world, i would have most likely preferred to ignore it completely.

I particularly admired some of the women, they were so strong and brave. They were determined to live their lives as they wanted, without anyone telling them what to do.
