Sex By Surprise: Swedish Law That Makes Every Man A Rapist

Greek Statuary – Sarreenah’s Forest

ΩΩIt is now official: if you want sex, guys, do NOT, I repeat, do NOT go to Sweden.  You will have your nuts cut off for the most frivolous of reasons.  This, of course, puts to bed any references to sexy Swede women and 007 would have spent most of his career in prison in Stockholm.  To be renamed, ‘Stocks home’ as men who sleep but don’t marry their females are locked up in the town square. Actually, the charges of Sex by Surprise is rather surprising since it seems that sleeping with someone, having sex, then going out, eating, twittering about how great it was then going back and doing it all over again for several days…is rape.  A cold shiver should go down all men’s spines if this is rape.

.

ΩΩAs a real, bonafide rape victim who had to be operated on afterwards and had years of pain from the damage to my uterus and other body parts, I greatly resent this stupid definition of ‘rape’.  Evidently, when someone has totally consensual sex and then the condom rips, this is called ‘an accident’ and some people online suggest, the damsel in this case should sue the manufacturer.  It turns out one of these Victorian fainting beauties is also anti-abortion.

.

ΩΩWell, she could then demand 18 years of payments for any child only she isn’t pregnant and since this is all on her own say-so, I really doubt the condom ripped in the first place.  The concept of ‘sex by surprise’ is equally insane.  Some of the best sex I ever had including when I got pregnant, was a ‘surprise’. In that, someone visited me and we suddenly ended up in bed, having sex.  As consenting adults.  I was very much a big part of the ‘sexual revolution’ and gave speeches about rape, sex, what is consent, and the joys of having fun sex.  I even had this ‘Wenches Guild’ where we played sex games with happy males who were all encouraged to eventually get married.  I got married twice!  Practice makes perfect.

.

ΩΩThe sex charges, when revealed in court in London, raised gales of laughter and feelings of annoyance as men looked around and said, ‘Oh,oh, what if this goofy new form of sex laws come here????’  Indeed, this is a direct strike as bad as a nuclear bomb, lobbed at ALL men across the Free World.  In many countries, all sorts of sex is forbidden.  Men and women are stoned to death for having the wrong sex.  So what is Sweden?  Iran????  Is Europe going Taliban?

.

ΩΩShould men wear veils and run away from sexually aggressive women who try to lure them into their homes to keep them there and then have sex and then put them in prison???? How insane is this?  Forget what Assange did to the State Department or is planning to do to the Bank of America (wish he could have DIMON arrested!  Accuse him of raping millions of people!) So….here it is:

ΩΩAnd now on to some interesting news connected to the raped Swedish broads.  Seems one of them tried to delete all of her delectable postings where she squealed like a groupie landing one of the Rolling Stones:  Assange Case: Evidence Destroyed Over and Over Again — Rixstep Industry Watch

ΩΩ

  • One of the women who filed charges against Julian Assange is Anna Ardin. She stood in the elections to the community council for the social democrats and she is a public person who should be examined. So I’ll publish her name.

  • In the beginning of September, I note that Anna Ardin has two identical ‘miniblogs’ – one at Twitter and the other at Bloggy.se. It looks as if Anna Ardin’s tweets are posted to both blogs at the same time. The tweets that are deleted from Twitter are still visible at annaardin.bloggy.se. Anna missed the fact that she has to delete on each and every blog. Bad luck.
  • To see if Anna Ardin is really trying to hide her Twitter tweets, I post a comment to Sara Gunnerud’s article WikiLeaks Heroes Can Also Do Stupid Things. The article is published at the Rebella blog, a social democratic feminist blog where Anna Ardin contributes and runs the website. In my comment I mention the deleted Twitter tweets. After five days, on 13 September, my comment is reviewed and removed directly. I then post a new comment where I mention that one can read the deleted Tweets at annaardin.bloggy.se. My comment is removed directly. A few hours later the entire Bloggy.se site is taken offline. When Bloggy.se reopens at 04:00 in the morning of 14 September, the tweets deleted from Twitter are also deleted from annaardin.bloggy.se.

.

ΩΩHAHAHAHA… and it takes citizen detectives online little time to track down information and true to her nature as a lying criminal operator, the dame accusing Assange of rape tries to cover her tracks.  And fails.  Here is a picture from her own blog where she gives advice to young damsels interested in destroying their boyfriends, how to falsely accuse them of sex crimes:

Sjustegsmodell för laglig hämnd « ardin.se

en tjej håller om en kille som inte håller om tillbaka utan som håller annan tjej i handen bakom ryggen på den första, i en soffaΩΩFrom the blog that tracked down this crazy woman’s twitter postings is this information:

  • But the truth wins out in the end. Anna’s perfect 7-Step Programme for Legal Revenge failed. One deletion too few. And the Google cache. Too bad, Anna. The ways of the Lord are truly mysterious.
  • I’m very surprised that christian feminist ‘equality’ women can so idolise a WikiLeaks hero that they do all in their power to get him into bed as soon as they have the chance. And then, when they realise he’s not as interested in them as they are in him, go to the police and accuse him of rape. This demonstrates an extreme contempt for the women who are real victims of violence and sexual crimes. Their behaviour is unconscionable.

.

ΩΩI agree.  I am greatly offended.  Rape can’t be everything.  It has to be quite specific.  There has to be a certain level of violence or restraint preventing escape or outright kidnapping not to mention, underage rape (in my case) is NEVER consensual because a child is a child, not a consenting adult.  When this is a problem is due to age.  Various states and cultures have wildly variable ages of consent.  But in this case, the consent is obvious, the women are middle aged,  not teenagers, there was no disease or babies produced, the women did it more than once with the man and didn’t complain and in one case, boasted about the consensual sex and of course, the business where this one woman tells people how to persecute a man if he doesn’t obey her later is definitely a huge red flag and I would suggest in this case, grounds for arresting the accuser, not the accused.

.

ΩΩHere is a good video put out by the best of the media outlets covering this story:  Video: US embassy leaks: ‘The data deluge is coming …’ | World news | guardian.co.uk

.

ΩΩAnd here is an interesting tidbit also from the most excellent Guardian:  WikiLeaks US embassy cables: live updates | News | guardian.co.uk

7.09pm: Obama is holding a press conference in the White House briefing room in 10 minutes – and surely even the self-absorbed White House press corps will have something to ask about the US embassy cables and WikiLeaks?

7.25pm: President Obama speaking now – it’s all about the tax deal announced last night so far but there may be questions regarding WikiLeaks since this is the first time journalists have had an opportunity to ask Obama directly.

7.41pm: So far all the Obama press conference questions have been on yesterday’s tax cut deal with the Republicans.

7.51pm: Last question being taken at Obama’s press conference – and not a single journalist raised WikiLeaks or the US embassy cables. But why ask about the biggest story of the year when you can instead talk inside baseball about Republicans versus Democrats?

.

ΩΩThat, in a nutshell, tells us how insipid and stupid the US media is.  And how annoying the White House is.  They collectively decided to say nothing.  This proves that the government hysteria about being raped by Wikileaks is FAKE.  Like the hysteria about us all roasting to death if we don’t impose the cap and trade derivatives tax on energy, so it is here: there is no emergency as far as reality is concerned or rather, they really don’t care all that much.  Or worse, they are collectively conspiring to hide information from the public.  Of course, Helen Thomas isn’t there anymore, Fox TV has her seat and it is a clown operation.  And why didn’t they ask our President about ‘Sex by surprise’?  I would think that would be a most interesting topic nearly as fascinating as the semen on Monica L’s dirty little dress!

U.S. Department of State - Great Seal

ΩΩNow, on to what has to be the funniest government release, ever, which was released today, of all days! U.S. to Host World Press Freedom Day in 2011

December 7, 2010

The United States is pleased to announce that it will host UNESCO’s World Press Freedom Day event in 2011, from May 1 – May 3 in Washington, D.C. UNESCO is the only UN agency with the mandate to promote freedom of expression and its corollary, freedom of the press.

The theme for next year’s commemoration will be 21st Century Media: New Frontiers, New Barriers. The United States places technology and innovation at the forefront of its diplomatic and development efforts. New media has empowered citizens around the world to report on their circumstances, express opinions on world events, and exchange information in environments sometimes hostile to such exercises of individuals’ right to freedom of expression. At the same time, we are concerned about the determination of some governments to censor and silence individuals, and to restrict the free flow of information. We mark events such as World Press Freedom Day in the context of our enduring commitment to support and expand press freedom and the free flow of information in this digital age.

Highlighting the many events surrounding the celebration will be the awarding of the UNESCO Guillermo Cano World Press Freedom Prize at the National Press Club on May 3rd. This prize, determined by an independent jury of international journalists, honors a person, organization or institution that has notably contributed to the defense and/or promotion of press freedom, especially where risks have been undertaken.

The Newseum will host the first two days of events, which will engage a broad array of media professionals, students, and citizen reporters on themes that address the status of new media and internet freedom, and challenges and opportunities faced by media in our rapidly changing world.

The State Department looks forward to working with UNESCO and the U.S. executive committee spearheaded by the Center for International Media Assistance at the National Endowment for Democracy, IREX, and the United Nations Foundation and the many civil society organizations they have brought together in support of the organization of events unfolding in Washington.

.

ΩΩI am going to die laughing.  This has to be one of the funniest press releases, ever.  It is glaringly obvious who the winner of the prize this year should be: Assange.  Certainly, he has done his work in the teeth of some of the nastiest risks I have seen in a long time. And so the only question is, who will be the journalists who get to choose the one and only obvious candidate?  Oh, I forgot, nearly all of our reporters are liars, corrupt, venal or plain stupid as we saw today at Obama’s press conference.  A clueless and cruel crew if there ever was one.  Helen Thomas should hand out this award.

.

ΩΩMeanwhile, Lieberman gets the Soviet Molotov Award:  WikiLeaks: US Senator Joe Lieberman suggests New York Times could be investigated | World news | guardian.co.uk

ΩΩ

  • A leading US senator suggested tonight that the New York Times and other news organisations publishing the US embassy cables being released by WikiLeaks could be investigated for breaking American espionage laws….Lieberman also said that the department of justice should indict Julian Assange, the founder of WikiLeaks, under the 1917 Espionage Act and try to extradite him from the UK.
  • Asked why this had not happened, Lieberman admitted there was probably an argument going on over how to charge Assange.

.

ΩΩAh, the 1917 Espionage Act!  One that was used to put antiwar citizens in prison.  They tried to use this against us during the Vietnam War.  We retaliated by arguing, often in court (a number of cases were tried) that THERE WAS NO WAR.  Yes, there was no war.  It was a police action. There is no war today. These are UN police actions as was the Korean War, too.    Anyway, if there is a war on terror, we should arrest terrorists and Lieberman’s death threats are terroristic and of course, the US terrorizes many civilians and killed them so…on with the war trials, I say!

.

ΩΩAnd here is some interesting news and this woman who was supposed to be another tool to be used by the Zionists and Hillary has turned on them all by saying nice things about Iran: Hiker freed from Tehran prison: Time for U.S.-Iran ties – CNN.com

ΩΩ

  • When I was in Evin Prison in Tehran, a guard twice brought flowers to my cell. Each time, I’d hear the door open and look up to see her standing there with a huge smile and homegrown roses. I was speechless with gratitude.
  • When I broke down and cried, she would hold me in her arms, look me in the eyes and say, “God willing, Sarah, it’s going to be OK.”
  • Since my release, many people have wondered why I have not been more condemning of the country that kept me in solitary confinement for 410 days. They have wanted to know why I speak with such conviction about the need for an improved Iranian-U.S. relationship and highlight my love for the Middle East and respect for Muslim culture.
  • At a very personal level, I never would have been kept in jail for 14 months if Iran and the United States had a better relationship. My fiancé, Shane Bauer, and our close friend Josh Fattal would not still be in prison in Iran today on the baseless charge of espionage.

.

ΩΩThe US is totally determined to NOT have any nice relationship with anyone in Iran. We want to blow up their scientists, infect their computer systems with worms and fund and arm insurrections there.  We want to do the same to China only hesitate about killing Chinese scientists, but we certainly are eager to help any insurrections and what if the Chinese arm various tribes here and instigate insurrections?  Hmmm…could happen.  And of course, again, this woman was held in prison for no reason, she was a political pawn, a political prisoner and so is Assange.  Free all of them including anyone held by the Chinese…give them all Nobel Peace Prizes and to hell with their captors.

Hurray for CultureofLife being pro the truth, and damn the rest. This solid moral core serves anyone reading this site well, and is a big encouragement to those who might waver in the face of the propagandist onslaughts.

Certainly Elaine, you have a stiff spine and a resolute outlook. A real example to all.

    thank you

“It is now official: if you want sex, guys, do NOT, I repeat, do NOT go to Sweden. You will have your nuts cut off for the most frivolous of reasons.”

    I disagree.
Just avoid christian feminist spinsters that have political aspirations.

But here you see what is at the other end of the line.
Ultra socialist and ultra feminist Swedish laws are not so good either.

The wisdom is somewhere between US and European systems.

I wonder what concencual sex without a condom is nowdays?
Attempted murder with a meatly weapon?

But don´t worry you get 4 years max for murdering a couple of people here if you´re a first timer.
6 months probation max for Assange even if convicted.
It´s a smear campaign nothing else.

  3. JT

Big news corporations and journalists should be thinking about one thing only.
Why do people leak information to wikileaks and not them?

    ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ

    ELAINE: Yes, isn’t this a surprise! 🙂

  4. DeVaul

I watched part of Obama’s speech today instead of the weather report. It did not occur to me that the reporters had no questions about Wikileaks. I did not even expect them to ask real questions about anything at all, but I was surprised by one thing Obama said:

“For the republicans, this is their holy grail. It is the central core of their entire economic doctrine.”

He was referring to their insistence that only the super rich get tax breaks. Wow!

I cannot remember a president saying something so blunt about, well, anything. He is certainly articulate. I cannot remember a president since Carter who could speak in comlete sentences without crib notes, but if he is just lying or whatever, then it is not a big point to belabor.

I wonder, though, if he has had enough and maybe risking a major break with the system, or is this just another charade? Maybe Elaine can tell me.

By the way, thanks again Elaine for being a voice of truth and justice in a wilderness of lies, deceit, moral depravity and outright evil.

We all owe you a lot for educating us. Even the Jewish sock puppets may have learned something by attacking you. You never know.

  5. charlottemom

Of course these sex charges are ridiculous, no one believes this (perhaps that’s the point)….

But it seems the MSM agrees with you Elaine…Assange to be named Time’s Man of the Year says Drudge.

I remain skeptical of Greeks bearing gifts (of truth)

    ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ

ELAINE: Maybe Time Magazine should feature his condom as ‘Rubber of the Year’ 🙂

    Off-topic ….

As usual, Elaine is spot on:

China Clones, Sells Russian Fighter Jets

“After decades of importing and reverse-engineering Russian arms, China has reached a tipping point: It now can produce many of its own advanced weapons—including high-tech fighter jets like the Su-27—and is on the verge of building an aircraft carrier.”

  7. emsnews

Wait until they retrofit those US jets being sold to Saudi Arabia. THIS WILL HAPPEN. The US won’t give the Saudis any real weapons with the jets so…the Chinese will.

  8. Elaine, amazing work these last few days.

Meh, it’s just because he’s famous and wanted. There was an alleged rape at a college I went to and the description in the school paper said that the two individuals got drunk and she didn’t remember saying yes. Rape is so vague nowadays, although it’s still a great scare tactic. Just look at the number of male teacher in elementary schools! YEAH! <5%, 40year low, woohoo

“it seems that sleeping with someone, having sex, then going out, eating, twittering about how great it was then going back and doing it all over again for several days…is rape.”

Welcome to our modern world of today. This has been standard practice in university student codes of conduct for 15 years or so. I used to work with a younger guy who got booted from his school because he dumped someone he’d been seeing/sleeping with for a month or so, and she got mad, went to the Office of Student Affairs, and hollered rape. There was a “hearing” at which he heard he was no longer welcome and was to vacate the premises by sundown.

  13. emsnews

I was a ‘free sex’ maniac as a student back in the hippie sixties. I assure everyone, all the men I met who wanted to censor me in public (I even once gave a political speech while half naked to make a point about censorship! HAHAHA) all wanted to have sex with me in private!

All of them. They all wanted sex with anyone walking in their vicinity. My political club even played this game whereby both the gay men and straight women would act sexy to see who would take our bait and to my amusement (I was around 26 years old at this time, no longer a cute teenager like in the sixties!) the more Puritanical the politician, the faster they snapped at our sex bait.

  14. JoJo

Here’s an idea – someone should market a line of condoms labelled “Swedish Anti-Rape Device” and donate the half of the profits to Wikileaks and half to organizations that help victims of *actual* rape.

  15. larry, dfh

The Chinese will get all the U.S. technology they need from the Israelis. If they’re making a Russian design, it’s probably because it’s better for their needs. And Elaine, in this modern world where everyone speaks of ‘condoms’, it’s really refreshing to see a gal call it a RUBBER. I love it!

    ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ

    ELAINE: I am rather ancient…. 🙂

  16. Mr. Surprise!!!!

My understanding is that sex by surprise means that she while she was asleep Mr Assange initiated unprotected sex, which had she been awake she would not have agreed to. One could argue that she should have understood that might happen being naked and asleep on the same bed as a naked man who she previously had sex with, and therefore voluntarily accepted that risk. Or you might not.

  17. emsnews

If she was scared like a tiny little Victorian old maid, of men having sex at night, the broad should have slept alone while wearing a chastity belt.

I speak as a woman who has slept even with more than one guy (can be sort of fun, seriously) at night and during the day, too (smoking weed does this….).

  18. Josepha

Having sex with someone at night-time and having sex with them while they’re asleep are entirely diferent things. If you have sex with someone who’s asleep it’s rape, condom or not. Whether this guy did that or not is another matter. Just pointing out the difference for educational purposes.

  19. Duski

Laughing in tears here. The world, oh it’s total comedy show at the moment.

  20. emsnews

Having sex while a woman is asleep is rape? Then I have been raped repeatedly by not only both husbands but every boyfriend I have had including one night dates! Wow. I didn’t know this!

Sheesh, I expected men to want to have sex this way. I know the male species: they sleep, they have dreams, hopefully, these are about loving me so much, their unconscious parts of the brain get active and so does that troublesome part of their body between the legs. They roll over and get ahold of me and then I wake up and laugh. If I don’t want this, I shove them aside and murmur, ‘Not now, please’ and they stop.

I do not view Assange as a rapist sort. The fact that these two women are SLUTS who PICK UP STRANGE MEN means they should know how to stop a guy. If they emerged from this bruised and beaten after saying, ‘No, stop’ because he didn’t stop and became violent, then it is rape.

Even these two twits admit their struggles were nearly non existent. No struggle: no rape.

  21. emsnews

Way back when I gave ‘free love’ speeches as a sex maniac teenager, I talked about Victorian morals. The women back then dressed in some of the sexiest, most provocative dresses since the Minoan Empire (I LOVE THE MINOAN WOMEN! The one time period I really wish I could relive is their empire!) yet were all prim and scared of sex. So all of these ‘sex bombs’ were delicately tip toeing around in various erotic outfits including, at the very height of the Victorian moral mania, plunging necklines nearly rivaling the Minoan and wasp waists, and they worked tirelessly to TEASE men mercilessly which is why to this day, we all find Victorian novels so titillating.

Now, we have low class sexual signs: naked legs, fake puffy breasts, lewd gestures with no romance, no tease, just blunt, animal sex. And NO ONE LIKES THIS VERY MUCH.

Back when I used to lecture on Victorian morals, I always always did this wearing some Paris concoction from that era. The men loved this. It was quite effective and actively proved my points.

  22. emsnews

I would suggest all females wishing no nocturnal sex to please either wear a chastity belt or make the man sleep on the floor like a dog (since this is how they feel men really are) or not ever sleep with any males, ever. They can live like nuns. I am not against that, the best way to avoid this sort of sex is to never let men into one’s life.

I, on the other hand, love to love men so I wanted them in the bed and with me, not prowling the night streets, looking for loose women like the women who seduced Assange.

Know what seduction is? You lure a man or woman into your little den and then don’t let them leave. These women were pissed BECAUSE he left! Not because he came in.

Very good article.I think the women who are the accusers are very very confused people.
I mean, A brotherhood christian that insists on condoms?,
A christian that sleeps around but blames the other person for it (all that guilt, all her fem stereotyping),
A christina that actively pursues sex but believes in anti-abortion?(guilt again)
A christian who has revenge fantasies hiding behind a pseudo-feminist pose and blog/’advice’-so much for
treat others as you treat yourself et all,
Confusing sex by calling it by sex by surprise (slang for rape) (not an actual official legal ‘term’ by the way)
then not filing a proper report
A christian who tried to get another guy in trouble for
    ‘molesting’-adults molest? wtf?
She hides behind a lot of facades…..NUTS!
