The leftist communist judge blew his cover and broke a dozen laws in court in his hasty desire to prevent any testimony from a lawyer, Michael Cohen, who has proof, Trump did nothing illegal. This judge has been totally out of control and has interfered with all witnesses whenever the defense nailed them down, Judge Merchant broke all rules for honest prosecutions. The Supreme Court will definitely uphold Trump in this matter!

Many experienced lawyers raised their eyebrows when the judge excluded obviously relevant evidence when offered by the defense, while including irrelevant evidence offered by the prosecution.
If the Democrats win in this rigged case, it will be overturned as unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. All systems run by liberal communists are crashing and burning now and the police/court systems are utterly destroyed by them and all their DNC cities that vote for this are dying cities, even the richest of these cities, is now dying rapidly.
That of course would have been unconstitutional because it would have denied the defendant his Sixth Amendment right to confront witnesses and to raise a defense.

Yes, the lawyer on the stand was warned (as the judge openly screamed and turned red with red-hot communist fury) to never raise eyebrows at him again!
Losing his cool and showing his thin skin, the judge cleared the courtroom of everyone including the media.
Typically, of all communist show trials, if anything goes wrong with this they toss out witnesses. This communist judge was fearful that even the leftist press will expose him for being insane, so he chucked everyone outside including the entire audience.
The judge’s threat was absolutely outrageous, unethical, unlawful and petty.
It was UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Dershowitz, who is writing this story, refused to leave when the judge ordered everyone out so he witnessed this and will probably testify at the looming trial in the future, of this biased, unconstitutional judge.
Moreover, his affect while issuing that unconstitutional threat revealed his utter contempt for the defense and anyone who testified for the defendant.
The public should have been able to see the judge in action, but because the case is not being televised, the public has to rely on the biased reporting of partisan journalists.
